Place is pretty awsome, I mean yeah a tad pricey but you get the idea. Staff were very nice, The manager named Paul was great thank you will shop again

I like this place its mostly Halloween costumes but its pretty good.

The store itself is good and has a lot of options. The guy working is what made my experience poor. I should have known that putting a mask on wasn’t a good idea in these COVID days but at the same time, what else do you do in a store like this. Anyway, I tried on a couple no issues, then tried on another and walked over to my wife. The guy working then comes up to us and says “I don’t want to have to lay the hammer down, so you have to stop putting the masks on”.First of all, why didn’t he say anything the first time I put a mask on? Second of all, why was he so rude? I didn’t see a sign that said anything. I’m 31 years old and was with my wife, not a bunch of 15 year old kids causing a mess.This guy needs to learn how to respect customers. I don’t know if he was trying to show off his “power” of spirit Halloween associate or not.

I was in this store today the staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming and went out of there way to find me everything I needed. These girls are amazing and made a very stressful day so much more relaxing
