I was browsing the web looking to buy cassava flour and other products from back home and I came across Favi Food. Im so happy I found this store. My order arrived today, when I took a close look at the box, there were cassava flour all over the tape outside of the box. I opened and the two cassava bags looked like it was cut on purpose. I knew right then that it wasnt Favi foods fault. It looks like the box was opened and sealed back again.I contacted Favi Food right way, I was helped by Karen, i sent the pictures. she was very apologetic, she sent me 3 bags of cassava flour and two souvenir without charging me.FAVI FOOD you have a costumer for life.We need more business and great costumer service like Favi foodsI highly recommend FAVI FOODS.Thank you!
