Horrible storage facility. First of all, a lot of their great reviews here are for their motor vehicle inspection, and unless you drive a brand new car I wouldnt bother with them for that. VERY picky, like unless you have new tires & windshield go somewhere else, theyd flunk you for a wiper streak. Office hours are a joke, theyre almost never there. I receive SSD, a very small amount of money on the 3rd of every month. This is of course 2 days late for life storage of northbridge & gives them an excuse to charge a late fee. This is the second month theyve done this to me, and like last month I paid it and Im STILL locked out. Went there today, nobody there even though office hours say they should be. Their prices are ridiculous as well.

Not much to say really. No amount of words could ever describe the kind treatment I recieved here at this Life Storage location... I walked in and was immediately accepted like if I was family and in a sense I feel as though I am. Sherry, you really are a blessing and meeting you was an honor. 😘

Shelia has to be the best manager I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Was a very friendly and heartfelt environment. If your looking for a place that makes you feel like your family than this is the place to go.

I would like to give kudos to sherri. She is so sweet. Very friendly. I think she should become the manager. The manager there now is not very friendly. Everytime I am in my space. Sherri is outside, either blowing leaves, or weed whacking. Where is the other girl. I would like to know what happened to Lisa. She was there for a long time. These ladies are amazing. I get my car inspected here every year and I am truly impressed of how well they check my car. I know they are completely honest unlike a garage because these woman are not looking to sell me anything. They truly inspect for the safety of me and others. Got my inspection sticker last week. I told the ladies I would do a google review. Kind of late, because it was last week. Sorry girls. But all went well. They told me that I needed new tires. Which I new I did. Hope they wouldnt catch it. But they did. I am actually glad they failed me. Or I wouldnt have gotten off my butt and got new tires. Glad I did. Had a storm the following day. Made a reservation the other day. They called and left message. I called them back today. Asked if I could come today. Rented a 10x10. Then I was going to buy stuff to pack. They had it all there. So convenient.

There is so much I can say about these ladies. But I would be here all day. My company rents a space here. Every time I come in. They are always doing something. They really work hard. Whether it is inspecting cars, or walking around. Sweeping, shoveling. They asked me if I could do a review. Without any hesitation I said absolutely. Keep it up ladies. Merry Christmas.

Just rented here this past weekend. Girls are amazing, had me in and out of the office in no time. Even showed me how to use the storage space, this is my first time needing one. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of storage to come to this location.

Get my car inspected here every year! I have four kids all under 14 and I love that these girls go through my suv and inspect everything. They make sure my vehicle is safe for my children and myself to be in. Never had any problem and I will continue to use these girls.. Came here to get my car inspected, the girls where amazing and very helpful. I had an issue with helens in northbridge in regards to getting an inspection sticker done last year. They did not even check my vehicle out completely it was in and out in 5 minutes and two weeks later my front end gave out. These ladies took their time and told me exactly what it is that i needed to fix in order to make sure my car was safe for me and my kids. I absolutely recommend that you come here and see these ladies. They take the public safety serious.

Easiest. Experience. Ever. I did all the “paper”work online, completely contactless booking. Showed up and there was my unit, opened the door, there was a cute lil’ welcome bag containing the lock to my unit. Even though I never saw or spoke to an associate, I felt welcomed.Edit: I forgot to mention this is also where I got my car inspected back in January...also had a great experience. I didn’t realize it was just about closing time, but they were willing to take my car, I didn’t have to bug anyone or ask for a manager, they just said..ok no problem. Great customer service.

Came to life storage for a storage locker. Unfortunately they didnt have the size I needed. But they did notice my inspection sticker was old. They said we cant help ya with storage, but we can make your car street legal. So I got a sticker. All set for another year. Thankyou ladies for being observant. Happy Holidays.

My sister leases a space here. Had to go and get her Christmas decorations. I thought there would be an issue getting in. But in front of her space was all cleared. No snow or ice. Considering the majority of parking lots still Icey. Lots of sand down, and a nice grip on my feet when I got out of my car. Good job lifestorage. Continue the great work.

State inspection done here. Make sure you dont have license plate covers on. I received a red R sticker for it. The employee should have told me to remove the plate covers before she would do inspection.

The life storage in Northbridge is a great place to go. I went for a car inspection and had an incredible experience. I was able to get my car inspected within 15 minutes and had a wonderful experience with the staff. Go and request Rachel, she is a wonderful worker and is very personable. She deserves a great review, I’ve always dreaded getting my car inspected but will definitely go back because of her!

From the initial meeting to find out about availability, use of the facility truck for move in to present day I have had nothing but a positive experience to date! plus they do vehicle inspections which has saved me a ton of time! Convenient, gated, monitored and a pleasant staff, very professional - I highly recommend!

I rent a storage space. And I dont get paid until the 15th of every month. My rent is due on the 29th. Well after 5days they give you a late fee. That is nonsense. I told some guy there, that is not fair. He said well thats how we do our billing. So rude. If I new that I wouldnt have rented. Hope to move out soon.

Customer for approximately 20 years. Have used storage services and family comes year after year for car inspections. Fast and convenient location at reasonable prices and operated by friendly and helpful staff.

Overall I was pleased with the storage facility. Staff was very helpful when setting up storage and access. We used our storage unit for approximately 6 months, however, we noticed that when we began to empty it, there was moisture in the back and also bugs, those kind you see when your basement gets damp. The bottom of some of our boxes were damp. The only thing I could think of is that this particular storage unit is along the embankment with Church street, and moisture must have gotten in. I would recommend a storage unit that is more in the open part of the facility.

They are very respectful and are very fast with their customers.

This business is one giant scam they make it very difficult to pay online then if you miss an amount they immediately charge fees and move to sell your belongings as soon as possible do not store your stuff with them dealing with them is a constant hassle I will be finding another place as soon as i can. I wish I could give less than one star. Like -4 stars

Best inspection experience ever!I was in need of getting my car inspected but there was a wait at my normal garage. I had remebered passing by life storage and seeing that they did car inspections so i called and they were extremely friendly and said they could fint me in on my lunch break!They had me in and out in under 10 minutes with no wait! All 3 women were extremely friendly and i will be going back there every year without a doubt! I will be recomending them to everyone I know!
