We bought a home that already had a pool which was built by North Shore Pools. The previous owner recommended them so we continued to use them for the yearly openings and closings. Recently we had them install an automatic pool cover which gives my wife and I some relief when our grandkids (4 years old, 7 years old and 10 years old!) come over and play in the backyard. Every year I say Im gonna review these guys for sending the best folks out to open the pool and hot tub and this year Im glad I remembered to follow through. This place took over for the folks who installed our pool and never missed a beat. Theyve since put in a heater, and retiled the part right below the top. All without a hitch.

Get in... Get out, or so it seemed for this years pool opening... and we couldnt be happier. Booked it on line less than a week ago and now, the Pool is up and running, and the tech told the kids it would be warm enough to swim in by Saturday morning! Thanks Ed!

This is the place to go for help, advice and supplies. Ed and Justin are great and have the most accurate testing on the North Shore and better prices than Walmart or Home Depot for better quality stuff. Open over the weekend Saturday and Sunday!

This company is NOT a full service pool company. If something electrical goes wrong YOU will have to call and pay for an electrician. They will nickel and dime you every single time they come out to clean the pool and you will need to call and get clarification every single week. The auto pool cover is nothing they have a clue about. They will break it and charge you for because they do not understand how one works. They can refer you to a company that deals in auto covers but they are in INDIANA! That IN company will refer you to an actual full service pool company in your area and THAT is the pool company to use! Full service is key! Well I learned the hard way. I would ask for pricing in writing upfront. I was very disappointed after a conversation with NSP about closing our pool for the year. I had already drained, removed railings, etc. in anticipation of an equal cost for services. NSP was there for 2 hours to put on a cover and blow out the lines and 2 gallons of anti-freeze. Bill was over $250 per hour. Nice enough staff and people but I will be shopping around.

North Shore is extremely professional and has great quality standards.
