Great service, the tires I specified took a while come in, not their fault, but once they arrived I was in and out in a few hours. Very good communication on the status of my order, and good advice on the right tires for my bike from Stan.

I found Moto via google reviews and decided it was my best option based on their reviews. This was my first time using their services but will definitely not be the last. I dropped my bike off with Moto at closing time (6pm) for a tire mount and balance. I received a call 45 minutes later with information that my bike was ready to be picked up at my earliest convenience. Im not saying expect the same for yourself, but I can promise that this business will go above and beyond your expectations. Expert service, professional employees and great knowledge all around. For your next service I highly recommend Moto! You will be 100% satisfied.

Stan is my favorite, he knows what he always talking about and he is one of the most honest motorcycle guy I have seen in Chicagoland.He is well experienced and his services are to the point. Never had any complaints.The best part is the same day pick up. You can drop the bike in the morning and pick it up in the evening. He is really fast.

Took bike in to have bags put on said he would work on it tomorrow and have it done in few days. Two weeks went by didn’t even touch the bike. I have been going there a for all my service but this caused me to find a different shop.

Honest and professional. Stan is a great guy. I bought a 2011 Honda Pcx scooter and wanted to get it checked. He was honest about the condition of the scooter and didnt try to sell me things that I dont need. I recommend bringing your motorcycle/scooter here and you wont be getting ripped off. A gem for folks looking for service for their motorcycle. It may be a little tough to find, but youll be glad that you now have a technician who will properly care for your bike. I suggest you call before just showing up, they will give you advice on when to bring your ride by and typically leave it with them for the service required.

These guys do great work. They are dedicated to her craft. They love motorcycles and love working on them. They do work and they communicate great. Cant say enough good things about them just a great place to go to bring your bike. Brought my sons bike in here to get it fixed they diagnosed her what was wrong and got it repaired quickly. I feel great about it and Im going to bring my other minibike in here to have it worked on. I highly recommend Moto!

When I called them and asked how much is the oil change he said $55 but when I showed up and mentioned that Im 1st time owner he said oil change will be $140. I told him you said over the phone it will be $55 . Of course he started : no it wasnt me you called somewhere else ... But I called him 3 times prior that about the appointment. Anyway I said if they have a nice reviews they probably know what they do. By the way $45 for oil $15 Filter and 20 minutes labor for $80. He also mentioned Ill check the oil before I start so maybe you dont even need oil change. But guess what mechanic drain the oil and said you actually didnt need oil change. It was decent. W T F ?! Then we found out I need to change the front tire . I asked him how much it would cost me he said $500( dealar sells $200 pair). I asked if I bring my own how much the installation would be he said $200(dealaer charge $60 per tire) . Then I realized this guys are really pricy and all about the ripoff.

I took my motorcycle here for the first time and could not be happier. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They took plenty of time to impart some of their knowledge with me. I have no qualms about going back here.

Amazing staff, I thought my chain needed maintenance. Well I was wrong, a staff member said it it didnt need any maintenance, he just added lube to the chain. He didnt charge me. Thank you for helping me.

I’ve used these guys for just over two years. Absolutely impeccable work! I just had some work done.. I was rather insistent on what I thought needed to be done and they could have charged me for all of it. But!! They showed me what was actually needed and it wasn’t nearly as expensive.One of the few honest shops in northern Illinois. If your local and you’ve been to the dealerships.. you’ll know what I’m talking about.. You won’t have to worry about those types of problems with these guys!

I have used Moto and Motor many times. Even though I live an hour away it is worth the piece of mind knowing I do not have to worry about my motorcycle when I have them pick it up or when I drop it off. It will be done right the first time and in a timely matter. I have used them from the simplest things like an oil change and the biggest things like a full engine rebuild. Its good to see that there are still shops around that cater to your needs not there needs.

Went here for the first time today and I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. All the other shops in Chicago were just throwing crazy numbers and time frames at me. Stan was honest and had me up and running in no time at all! Will not be taking my bike anywhere else after today.

Just shared on yelp but wanted to spread the word, these guys are great. If there is an opposite of Comcast service, these guys are it!They did quick work at a very fair price, found and fixed a problem with the previous owner overfilling the bike with oil before selling it to me, and adjusted my chain all same day! I don’t want to set the bar too high but that is phenomenal service. If that wasn’t enough they talked me out of spending more money on something they said I probably wouldn’t need. It would have been pure profit for them to just adjust the suspension for me, instead they said ride it and let us know if you have any issues...You and your wallet deserve the service I got here and they deserve the recognition!

Found this place driving by one day. Ive been looking for good, reliable, trustworthy place to take my Vespas whenever they are in need of maintenance. I can say I found that place. The owner Stan is easy to deal with and knows his stuff. So does his staff. He offered pickup/drop-off service at a reasonable price. He fixed both my Vespas at a reasonable price and Ive been using them all summer. I totally recommend this place!

Stan has always been honest, reliable and professional. His knowledge makes him the “go to” guy in Chicagoland for Euro bikes but is a master of anything with 2 wheels. He’s worked on everything from my Ducati and Triumph to my KTM and Honda dirt bikes. I would recommend him to my friends and family any day.
