Would give 0 stars but unable to. Had to sign a package and was waiting all day as their estimated time is “before 8pm.” So they just expect you to wait around the house all day. Fine I did and I was home. They didn’t even knock on the door or wait a minute before I could get to the door and by the time I got to the door the person was already in the truck speeding off. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service! Can’t even get someone to contact the driver to complain and fix the issue.

Staff at this location is very friendly and helpful! Alex took great care in helping me find a proper box size and while packing items for a care package I made for my friend. Staff wore masks correctly and had signs displayed encouraging social distancing and face coverings for customers. Greatly appreciated care, kindness and understanding during this time!

Been to this location at least twice to do overnight shipments. It was pretty straight forward and staff helps with any questions. Just make sure you are there at least 20 mins before closing time if not they will make sure to remind you that you came late. Otherwise they help you get your work done quick.

This fedex location should be out of business. They leave door tags in the lobby of my bldg without ringing my bell over and over and then someone has to go and pick up my pkg. it is unacceptable and I will never use fedex again, that are the WORST!

Calling the phone number is useless. Just wanted to know how to drop off with return label. Could not get an answer!

Nearly impossible to find in the corporate park, but if you are like most of us and need to be home for a package that needs a signature, it will most likely end up here after the failed attempt at your home. Im so glad that they have longer hours on weekdays and the folks working in the customer service area are pretty friendly. I suggest putting the address in your GPS, it will get you there but its definitely tucked in-between the other buildings.

Went to pick up payroll and for the second time they gave our checks to the wrong company

While i was expecting a delivery from this location as per the tracked update on the website i never received it on the stipulated day and was obviously disappointed with them. However the next day i received it and the gentleman from Fedex who handed it explained that the company who shipped it to me (HP) messed up with the address due to which he was not able to deliver the previous, however he did not give up and went ahead to reach the front office the next day AGAIN and somehow managed to get my correct Apt no and delivered it to me with a sense of genuine satisfaction from him!!!

Mixed bag. There are good people that work here, but some of the crew is absolutely foul. Coming here is painful at times and I try to avoid it or ship via others whenever possible.

Wish I could give it a ZERO star!!!!! Most frustrating FedEx office to ever visit! Please hire new staff that cares!!!

Old man is a huge bigot and asked me: Are you transporting any dangerous and explosive material. It was clearly a small envelope with paper documents but he still had to be like this because Im of Middle-Eastern decent. His name is John and i will never be coming back to this location ever again after being treated like this.

Horrible. Driver stated he attempted delivery at 3:10pm. Which is not true . We have been at home. He doesnt left a note. Called customer service. After 101 options I was forced to listened 17 minutes of commercials ( press 1 to get to connect to the offer or press pound to go to next one ) . I had to drive 14 miles to FedEx location to pick it up. Gosh what a horrible service. Waisted Hal of the afternoon .

FedEx company 1 star businessI had a package delivered many times at my house from all the companies but this time FedEx driver didnt leave my package even when I signed the notice at the door...I asked him to leave it at the front door by the mailbox but he didnt for some reason!!!!!Horrible customer service and the drivers at this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid for the best shipping FedEx had to offer (First Overnight, $84.00) because I had to have my package this morning. It was slated to be delivered to my office at 8:00a. When I checked the tracking information at 7:45a, I was notified that they attempted to deliver at 7:10a. There was no Attempted Delivery Slip left on any of the doors at my office, and after reading the other reviews here, I question whether they attempted to deliver the package AT ALL. Ive called FedEx three times this morning, spoke with three different people and I have been told three different stories about how to successfully acquire my package. The second person I spoke with assured me that my package was indeed already back at the station and could be picked up. However, when I called to confirm that that was actually true, the third person told me that no, the package was still on the truck and would be delivered no later than 11:00a. I thought FedEx was really great at what they do and Im extremely disappointed.

Shipped from here and from ups next door same letter size envelope to the same location. Fedex was more than a dollar cheaper. Boo to ups.

They indicate on the tracking system that they tried delivering a package but no one at office, when in fact there were people there but FedEx never showed up.

They said that the delivery would be around 4:30, and I get home around that time so it was fine. But they tried delivery at 12. Their service and predictions are horrible.

Never use this service.horrible,horrible,horrible.now it is 5 days, i am waiting my package,for 1 day delivery.two days they missed my package.when they find it, fedex driver read my address by mistake,unit 7 instead of unit 1.leaved a door tag,now i must drive 20 mile to fedex office to pick up because of his mistake while i was home and waiting him.I called customer service, no result.never use again,never.i dont know how they are still work?how can a person use them for second time?
