I am still over the moon with the florals that Therese put together for my wedding this weekend! She completely captured the vibe I was going for and the bouquets and arrangements were GORGEOUS! I didnt want to put my bouquet down for a second, and Im still enjoying them at home as a reminder of the wonderful day we had. Simply the best local florist!! Therese and her team believe in the power of florals to speak where words cannot, and it is so cool to see all of their designs and the way they serve our community. Not only do they offer amazing customer service, but they have something for everyone! From green house plants to stunning bouquets, its a one-stop-shop for any occassion. As a wedding photographer, I wholeheartedly recommend Forget-Me-Not to my couples!

This is the worst florist I have EVER had to deal with! They forgot to deliver my bouquet on my Anniversary! My husband went out of his way to find it in the town where I work to make sure it was easy delivery. They didnt even call him or let him know that it wasnt delivered. To make it worse, they also didnt give me the flowers I was supposed to have. It looks like something you took from someones garden, but added 3 roses. They brought it to my work the next day after my husband hunted them down at 3:00 p.m. with barely an apology.

We worked with Therese of Forget-Me-Not for our wedding, and were so happy with everything! We were on a budget, and she was able to work with us to make some DIY arrangements super simple, while delivering bouquets and boutonnieres that matched my vision. It was a hot day, but the flowers stood the test of heat. She was easy to communicate with the month of the big day, and punctual in getting everything there for us. Wedding stuff aside, Forget-Me-Not is where I go every December for paperwhites.

We received an absolutely gorgeous bouquet arranged and delivered by Forget-Me-Not Florist. They did a fantastic job and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I would use them any time. Great work.

I have wonderful experiences with the shop and the floral designers. Yesterday, however, a bouquet of flowers from Forget-Me-Not was delivered to my husband, who recently had a stroke. The delivery person seemed to be in a rush and wasnt very friendly. The bouquet had gorgeous flowers, but was askew like it had been carried weird or something. I later went out to get our mail and saw some of the foliage from the bouquet laying on our sidewalk. This is not a mark against the florist, but perhaps the driver should be reminded that A. Flowers AND delivery are expensive, B. The person recieving the flowers often needs to be uplifted, and C. It reflects poorly on the business when the flowers arrive strewn on the sidewalk!Update: Today I received a bouquet of tulips and an apology for the less-than-great delivery mentioned above. What awesome customer service! I was also told the driver is usually excellent, so whatever happened that day was a total fluke. I am updating my rating to five stars, and will whole-heartedly endorse Forget-Me-Not Florist going forward. Thank you!

Last October we had to get a floral arrangement for a funeral. My husband went to florist around 11:00 AM. He said that the staff picked a fall bouquet and added some flowers to the arrangement. We had to bring the bouquet to the funeral ourselves. It was beautiful and the family was very pleased. Thank you for your excellent assistance! My husband said the staff went above and beyond!! We will be using your store for any floral needs.

I wanted to have same day service and be able to pick up the flowers I ordered and deliver them myself. I had called another Northfield florist only to find out they were not really local, couldnt give me same day service and provided delivery only. When I called Forget-me Not florist I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful voice on the phone. They gave me very fast same day service and a beautiful, reasonably priced arrangement that I could look at before payment and deliver in person. I was also able to pick out the perfect sympathy card from a variety of options. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services in the future.

Customer service is fantastic! Ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral. As soon as I told him the name he assured me they were familiar with the service and that they would take care of everything. So helpful and made the process easy, especially since I really didnt know what I wanted. Will definitely go to them in the future.

We bought a new house late last year and really wanted to fill it with some plants. They walked me through which plants to get along with how to care for them! I bought pots there and they potted them for me. I have now been back there several times now and will continue to use them!

A great little local shop, capable of everything from single blooms to complex arraignments for any event. The staff is friendly, happy, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They will have what your want, and if they dont, they will know how to get it.

Excellent customer service! I needed help picking out a blooming plant that would be long lasting. They had several options to choose from. My order was delivered in less than 2 hours! It was so fun getting a call from my friend when she received her flowers!

I have been going to Forget-Me-Not since I was little girl. Every visit is filled with ooos and ahhhs with the variety of plants, flowers, terrariums, etc. Most recently, I put the store to the test with my wedding floral request. With enthusiasm, the staff assisted me with all my needs and questions. I DIYed my floral arrangements and every flower I received from Forget-Me-Not was picked with care and perfection. I could not have been happier with how all the flowers turned out. Theres a reason why Im a loyal customer of Forget-Me-Not.
