I worked with Nick Meyers buying my first car. He was personable and very friendly. He made sure that this experience was rewarding, easy, and fun! Nick was also very honest and very friendly. It was nerve racking having to buy my first car because of all the stereotypes of car dealerships. This was not the case with Nick! If you are looking for great service, Nick is your guy!

We arrived at the dealership a short time before they were scheduled to close. Nancy didnt rush us, and was very pleasant and professional. I had called prior to my arrival, and told them what I was interested in. She had several cars up by the door, ready for me to look at. The cars she showed me both met my needs, but I chose to go with the Buick Encore, because it has all wheel drive and good gas mileage. All around a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend

All Ive got to say Is an oil change is really over priced and I dont recommend it because the oil change was about 1 and a half hours long for about $170. No hate to them though. 6/10 recommend

Most PleasedI am quite sure that I have never had a better car buying experience. I live in Georgia, but did a nation-wide search on a specific vehicle and found it here at Apple Chevrolet and Buick in Northfield,MN. My wife and I drove 19 hours and 1020 miles to make the purchase. Larry Anthony met us in the parking lot and made us feel like we were special to them. The trade on my truck was very fair and processing was fast and, before long, we were back on the road to Georgia. The most important question to answer is would I make the purchase again? Yes, without even thinking about it.

1st person in line for an oil change, I am told theyll have my oil change done in less than an hour. Hour and 20 minutes go by, I look into the oil change bays and there is a pickup ahead of my car getting an oil change. Very Disappointing.
