Love this place! Do not come to Northfield without going to Tandem Bagel. Their Bike Lox is wonderful! They also have a tasty assortment of fresh bagels from which to choose. Add a cup of their coffee with your bagel, and the day cant get much better.

Good bagels but way too cream cheese on bagels! If you like a thin layer of cream cheese on your bagel you need to clarify that because it’s way too much that they put on. It makes it very messy to eat. Their bagel sandwiches are excellent though and i’ve never had an issue with those

Not the most efficient system to place an order, pay and wait. But certainly not the worst.I used to be a bagel baker, so I am a bit picky about my bagels. These were ok. Veggie cream cheese has too much carrot for my liking.Id try again, just to confirm it wasnt an off day.

Bagels are like 5 times as expensive as other places and half as good. I even called to see if there was a mistake and I was not given fresh bagels. Not even worth trying if you ask me.

Their bagels are amazing! However they have not adapted well to doing business by curbside and deliver. I have had repeated issues with items being missing (delivery and curbside), with them not answering phones when I call to say I’m there for curbside and then getting cold food. When I’ve reported the issues, I was told they can do nothing unless I come back in, which is a huge ask on a Saturday, as anyone who has ever spent the weekend anywhere near downtown Northfield knows. I have been yelled at and cussed at as well with the owner seemed unconcerned with and even implied that I had yelled/cussed at their employee. Owner did not care that I had a witness to the conversation. No food is quiet being treated that way. I have worked my share of both food service and retail jobs. I get that there are infuriating customers out there but I still always spoke to them with respect and if I couldn’t do anything to bake it right, I found a manager or someone who could. Hell, I’ve had better customer service from Taco Bell.

I am from out of state visiting some old college friends. I stopped by this afternoon (Thursday) for a late lunch. The interior was very clean and followed Covid-19 precautions. There were slim pickings for bagel choices as it looks like they sold out of the most popular flavors. The gal working was very friendly and accommodating. Per her recommendations, I chose the Tour de France (which is Thousand Island sauce, roast beef, shallots and cheddar cheese) on a Honey Wheat bagel. It was fresh, made quick and had a lot of flavor. I asked the gal for local hotspots to check out this weekend while Im in town and she gave me her townie insight which is much appreciated. I am looking forward to stopping by on my way out of town to take home some bagels and cream cheese.

Very healthful food with fresh and tasty ingredients. Cheap for bagels! They have great cream cheese. Try the honey wheat bagel with the walnut cream cheese.

Absolutely LOVE this place! A MUST visit for Northfield. Tom’s Bike on kitchen sink bagel is my favorite to get. Super kind staff! Their bakery goods are always yummy. :)

This was a pleasant little bagel and coffee shop. The bagel sandwich I had was very tasty. The coffee selection was limited so I settled for a cappuccino. I took one sip...and asked my daughter to taste it. She made a face and gave it back. It really was the worst cappuccino Ive ever tasted. I left it sit on the table. So, yes to the bagels and a big NO to the cappuccino!

Ordered their lunch boxes, didnt have an option for toast the bagel, sandwich was good but would of been better toasted. Found it cuz its next door to my favorite coffee house Goodbye Blue Monday ... recommend but probably wont order the lunch box again. Overall good.

I went on a Saturday sometime around 9AM. I was really impressed with the bagel sandwiches. I customized mine to a Cinnamon Bagel sandwich. The lady who served us was very nice. A must try if you’re in the area!

This shop has great food. I love the bagels, specifically the kitchen sink variety. It can get crowded during the busy times so keep that in mind. I usually do to go, so it has not been an issue. Staff is friendly and always nice to interact with.

This is a local business thats good to the community. My kids love it. However, the last THREE times Ive been here they have been out of eggs and dont have the any of the menu items for breakfast because out of eggs. Im sure my kids will continue to go here on their own, but I wont. Its not reliable enough to justify being on our breakfast choice list. Too frustrating. Hope they fix the issue. It was a good breakfast spot.

Good food, especially the specialty bagels (Mikes Bike is a classic), but a bit pricey as others have said. Its worth taking advantage of their deals (2 for 1 bagels after a certain time of Tuesdays, I believe). Personally, the biggest miss has been the coffee--Ive got a few cups that were a bit burnt.

Been here a few times. Bagels are tasty, but small. The sandwiches are not worth money. They are stingy with fillings. The egg salad bagel probably had half an egg, 4 slices of celery, and half a slice of lettuce on a small bagel for $6.50.

Good bagel store, with nice selection, ample seating, clean bathrooms. Line can be a little long and store can seem understaffed at peak periods.

Ive never been to Northfield before and this was a quick stop for breakfast after a long drive. I was very impressed with the very friendly customer service with the amazing bagels and coffee especially with good patio seating during the warm weather. If I ever go to Northfield again I will be stopping by at this place. 👍

Great location and cute restaurant. The crowd of people that hang out there dont seem very welcoming. Its always very awkward when I stop in. Lots of stares and I always feel like Im in the way. They have some fun sandwich options. My food was super great, but the bagel was so hard that I struggled to rip it apart and chew it. Cut my mouth up and was hard to finish. Hopefully it was an off day because theyre supposed to known for their bagels.

They layout is really awkward. You order on one side, navigate to the other to pay(where you have to retell them your order so they know what to charge), and then go back to where you ordered to pick up. The bagels were a little on the small side but the flavors were good.

Every Thursday I go here after work and always have the best experience. I walk in and they always ask how I am. Everytime I order the same thing a, pizza bagel (no salami) and a apple rasbery juice. A lot of the staff have memorized my order and just ask of I would like my usual and always get it correct. I am always treated like Im the only thing that matters when I enter. Overall best bagels and best service in Northfield, would recommend to anyone visiting or living in northfield.
