I couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying a vehicle. It was a smooth and easy process. Everyone was so friendly and Brandon was the best help ever!
Dangerous car and uncaring employees. They’ll be nice to your face and tell you what you want to hear, then the moment you’re in the car, they forget all about you. We bought a used Chrysler 300. We drove it less then a mile before I called and told them something was wrong with the car. They said it’s “sold as-is” and hung up on me! We didn’t even make it home and the wheel bearing broke on the passenger side. They put us in a very dangerous situation and I called them again and was told it’s too bad because it’s sold as-is. We took it to a shop and we had to pay out of pocket for a new wheel bearing. I asked them for help and I’ve just been blown off. And the salesman Brandon blocked me so I can’t call or text him, that’s a little childish in my opinion.I bought the car to get me back and forth to chemotherapy and surgeries for my stage 4 cancer and I explained to them when we bought the car that we needed something reliable. We were on a budget and they acted like they cared. Brandon Dahlin was our salesman so beware when dealing with these people, they will take advantage of the situation and run the moment you need help. We drove off the lot and the car broke… We didn’t even make it home with it and we had it in the shop. The mechanic we took it to was shocked that a dealership would sell a car in such a dangerous condition.
This dealership had an ad for a Mazda 6 in their lot. I made an appointment to drive it. I drove from Minneapolis down to Northfield to drive this vehicle. When I got there I was told that I couldnt drive the vehicle because it was far too dangerous to drive. I said I wanted to drive it anyways thats why I came here. I was told I hope they had a lot of other vehicles on their lot But I couldnt drive that one. So I told her that I had been to another lot and that I tried to get approved for a higher priced vehicle and was not able to. She convinced me that they had a credit union that they would work with and come to the end of it they did not approve me. So she really let me come down for my appointment to lure me away from this car to sell me a higher priced car. I noticed that the to this day a month later that car, the Mazda, is still on the lot so it was all a sham and a scam to begin with buyer beware .
Our family has purchased and ordered multiple vehicles and it has always been a great experience with Northfield Auto. The sales team, especially Edwin and Jacob, are excellent to work with. They listen, are friendly, and work hard to make the process painless. The Service team does a great job as well. 5 stars all around!!
Had a great experience at the dealership. This is the second truck we have leased through them and both time has been awesome.
Sold us a car with a seized wheel bearing. Drove from the dealership to the mechanic. Wheel just pulled right off. No safety inspection was ever done on the car. They blocked our number after telling us all we can do is sue them.
Got the truck I wanted and then found all the flaws, nothing was disclosed. Buyer beware I guess. The sales staff was great and friendly.
I just thought Id share a little of my experience with this dealership. I came here with the intent of getting a fair shake; but in all honesty, it felt more like a thrashing. I did get somewhat of a deal on the pickup I left with after a hard fought 5 hours; but after having driven for about 2 months now, I dont know if I would have taken it knowing some of the work thats needed. They should have been forthcoming, but thats on them and I bought it as-is. That being said, I would have been fine leaving it be, but what bothers me more than hidden problems, it giving me verbal promises and then choosing not to keep them as a keeping of good faith among men. You do you, guys; but I wont be back.
I recently bought a used car from this dealership only to find out on the drive home that it had a bunch of hidden problems with the most concerning being a busted noisy transmission. The salesman I was working with covered up all the mechanical noise by blasting the A/C and distracting me with idle conversation on the test drive, assuring me that the car had undergone a safety check and was safe to drive. Then the used car sales team tried to get me to pay way over market value for a vehicle sold as is with all its issues. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND A SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HERE!
I had a nail in two of my tires and went to go get it patched. The first thing I asked if they had patches because I did not want a plug I could of just done that myself. Even checked the repair order and its says that customer states they want tires patched not plugged. Turns out a few months later (now) my tire light came on so I took the wheel and tire off come to find out the tire patch I spend 3 hours waiting for was just for a BS tire plug. Glad to know I paid labor and parts for two patches when I got a 3$ tire plug.
I walked into Northfield Ford & I wanted a truck and I wanted it fast. I was both shocked and happy I was able to get it right when I walked in ! With great hospitality given by Skylar Hansen & His Management team I’m riding in my cool 2018 Ford F-150. Thanks guys so much for the satisfied purchase. Definitely coming back and staying in touch with these people.
I just wanted to say the service we have received from Nicole has been wonderful. We bring all of our work vehicles here and deal directly with Nicole in the service department. She always has a smile on her face and gets our vehicles scheduled quickly.
Great dealership service people are friendly and get you out on time
Excellent sales staff. Not pushy or aggressive in negotiation of purchase.
Never had service don’t live in that city. I had some minor problems guys was quick to help me. Thanks
I truly dont know how the sales manager can look at himself in the mirror. They literally STOLE my ELDERLY aunts car from her on a trade in and are selling it for 7k more than they gave her😡Incredibly HORRIBLE service department. If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would.
Youre in good hands with Brandon and the team. Brandon made sure that we had the right fit for our family vs. pressuring us into the right fit for the dealer. He took his time and was detailed showing us every feature on the vehicles we looked at (even in the bitter cold temperatures, he didnt rush us). He was completely transparent on pricing and features between competitiors and ensured we knew what and why we were paying for things at either place. Brandon also stayed 4 hours past closing so we could drive home with the vehicle we wanted that day. I highly recommend working with him as I plan to going forward.
The only reason for the 3 stars, is the salesman we worked with. He went above and beyond, very personable and paid to fill our gas tank out of his own pocket, without telling us. The only reason we knew about it was from the owner, who laughed about it. The rest of the staff had poor communication, no follow through and had no problem having a tantrum in front of me with a horrible attitude. I/we will be taking our business BACK TO the Apple Valley Ford dealership. Our previous vehicle needed a lot of work and the loaner car they gave us, was so filthy and full of the previous customers items.
The service department at Northfield Ford Chrysler is outstanding! They do an excellent job and I love their personalities. It is actually fun to take my 2020 Escape in for serving or just to have it washed. Nicole and Joe are the two I deal with the most and they are the best. They make sure I get whatever I need and even have a loaner available if I need it. I drive 20 to 30 minutes depending on weather to use Northfield Ford Chrysler. I could go to a dealership where I live which is 5 minutes away. But I bought my Escape from them and the service is so great that I will always make the drive to Northfield.
Cameron is awesome!
Worst experience. These people are literally out to get everyone. Wont tell you how much the used cars are only want to take you on a test drive, then when you get inside they try to get you to sign on for payment plans way over your budget.. just a scam.. seriously.
My son bought his first car!
Great people, really are interested in making a relationship and making a friend. A refreshing change of pace from most car dealerships. I will buy all of my vehicles here.
Very nice to work with. Very polite and listen to what you have to say.
Drove out of our way to go look at a Jeep that says call for price on their website. Got there, test drove it, and before you know it, sales person is asking for my ss# to run numbers. I dont even know how much it is yet. All the while they kept on saying let us earn your trust... smh. Never have I ever come across this kind of sales tactic! Absolutely no class from their senior leadership team. Do NOT waste your time here.
The worst!!! I will only go to a GM or Chevrolet dealership for now on. They would not honor a simple fix the DAY AFTER I bought a 2019 vehicle.
If we have a mask mandate we should probably wear correctly. Gives me no confidence when its only around the neck or over mouth but not nose. Wear correctly . Giving business to a company that cant follow rules does not make me feel goof
I had the wonderful Greg as my car salesman! He worked with me and communicated greatly! I had a fantastic experience getting my beautiful Jeep Wrangler
Purchased my first vehicle about 3 years ago. Had an amazing experience the first time with a salesman who no longer is there. Since my first experience was amazing I decided to go back for a vehicle for my mom. The second time around was the worst experience. Before you purchase your vehicle make sure they actually take the time to send someone to inspect your car. They sold me a vehicle that clearly was not inspected which resulted in breaks being extremely used right down to the disks. They didnt acknowledge my questions or concerns and basically only did things that benefited them. Every time I call with questions or concerns they seem annoyed. Your better off purchasing a vehicle elsewhere. Im currently looking into a Volkswagen Atlas and this time around I will be heading to a big dealer, even if its a bit more on the expensive side at least they acknowledge your questions or concerns and take the time to explain everything in details rather than get annoyed with every questions you have.
I had posted this review a few months ago. I have no idea how the company in question could have deleted it but, I am willing to reiterate my displeasure with the service that I received.I brought my 2011 Ram 1500 to Northfield Automotive for a diagnosis. The reason was that the remanufactured engine that was installed was making a metallic noise even from the first start.Without consulting me or the remanufactured engine company, Northfield Automotive performed 4 hours of diagnosis; for engine noise?!?I contacted the remanufactured engine company directly and was informed that their diagnosis would be limited to 2 hours and include a cylinder balance test.Northfield Automotive had, during the 4 hour diagnosis, removed the intake manifold essentially making a cylinder balance test unattainable without more labor to reassemble the engine. The service writer lied to me about what the remanufactured engine company’s position on the warranty, labor hours that they would approve, apologized for the technician spending 4 hours on diagnosis, and the service manager threatened to charge me double when I cussed out their service performance. I had to satisfy the their perceived debt to get my vehicle released, I felt that I was being held hostage. The truck was subsequently removed from Northfield Automotive and brought to a reputable repair shop for a warranty engine replacement.
Amazing service! I literally could not have been happier with Edwin and Jacob for everything that they helped me with and the amazing customer service they showed me. Absolutely stellar in every way! Thank you guys so much you are the best!
I traded Rusty, my 2005 Mercury Sable, in for a 2007 Chevy Equinox. It was such an easy and wonderful experience. It was my first time looking for cars on my own and it was a really calm relaxed environment with no pressure. Collin was my sales guy. He was so nice and knowledgeable about his work. He even let me put it on hold for a few days. I feel so blessed that I got a nice used car and that I was able to make a decision on my own. Thank you so much for the positive experience!
I have been purchasing and servicing my vehicles there for 36 years.Reliable and Trustworthy- Five StarsCWD
When I was looking for a truck I didnt even consider looking here because of past experiences and what others have said. I learned its new ownership. The test drive was a lot of fun we really enjoyed working with Greg and Jacob. They worked with us on anything that came up. Very stand up guys. I will be working with them in the future.
The salesperson and service manager was happy to talk to us about what each department had to offer. The deal with a trade was what was expected. I was happy with deal. Clancy was also very helpful. As for the escape we both love all the great features and the way it drivesVery satisfied with the experience. Would recommend to a friend. Thanks Gary&Bonnie.
Service dept is terrible. Be prepared to see your vehicle in the parking lot to know when it’s done being serviced. The service dept people will let you sit there all day and won’t tell you when your oil change is done. Asked for a tire rotation and they charged me to do it but they never actually did it. Beware and don’t go there.
Northfield Ford Chrysler has some really great, down to earth people working there. My wife and I are happy with our purchase. We will look into buying from them again!
We were dealing with Skyler and apparently word to word does not mean nothing there. I ask for a full tank of fuel three different times and he said he would do it and after the paperwork was signed he said he could not do that and all the BS came out about my trade which was just fine and they do not stick behind their word. they do not know how to run a business and they like screwing people over
We recently bought 2013 equinox, within a day engine check light came on, you must have clear code to sell, turns out it needs a co2 sensor and the resonator on before muffler was rusted .it was putting exhaust fumes into back seat, its located under back seat, my daughter smelled exhaust coming, since its were my granddaughter sits it would seem a safety issue.l understand that its sold as is but you said over and over, but your unwillingness to do anything seems very disappointing unless you made more money .you see my granddaughter their, would you let your kids ride in their ? I thought at first nice place to buy a car no pressure to buy but now I wonder, good thing my son and law is a mechanic, strange thing is that he worked at hastings ford .
I bought a nice used car here and the whole experience went well. Tray did an excellent job explaining the car to me and their service department looked it over before I bought it to make sure I was getting a reliable car. They have a nice lot and a clean store. Great experience I would buy another car from Tray again. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I was happy with my car. Happy customer.
Annoying dealership. They setup the lot with dead ends so you have to turn around to give sales staff vultchers a chance to walk out and try and talk. Few dealers do this and its a total turn off and no made up good reason for it. Ill come in if I want to talk, otherwise Ill ignore them and never buy from one that walks out to directly try to intercept me. I was going to give 2 star for this but went with 1 since Google Earth shows it plain as day, so they do it all the time.
Experience was great. I called in for an appointment, got a loaner car lined up and then dropped the car off. Work was done on time and I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. Price seemed pretty good as well.
I was very pleased with my recent visit to Dokmo. Skyler was my sales contact and he took all the time I wanted while viewing 2 used vehicles on their lot. Both vehicles were in great shape, pulled up front, and running when I showed up for my appointment. I ended up buying one of the 2 vehicles. The rest of the staff was great as well. I would recommend to anyone. Great legit dealership with a small town feel.
So I went to get my car fixed today and I ended up talking to Brandon he gave me some Information on some of the cars on the lot I told him about my dream car and he said “let’s see if you can get it” long story short today I left the lot with a beautiful 2019 car he was so friendly and made me laugh I will be recommending a few family members and friends to him!
This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. They treat me very well with no chauvinism. The service is fast and done with precision.
Lying, dishonest, dirty, crooks! The absolute worst slimiest dealership that there ever was. Save yourself time and headache and don’t ever step foot in this place ever. They are all dishonest crooks. I will never, every go to Northfield Motors again! You should do the same!
Do not shop here just a complete waste of time and very sketchy sales tactics saying that nicely. I wish I could rate it less.
I recently purchased a 2017 F150 Ford XLT pickup. My wife and I drove 3 1/2 hours to check out this truck after seeing it on the internet after making an appointment with salesman Brandon Dahlin. Brandon explained all the functions of the pickup very thoroughly before having us go on a test drive. The pickup appeared to be what we were looking for and as negotiations were going on one of the owners came over and introduced himself and was very upfront and gave us a deal we couldnt pass up. Very nice people to deal with and any minor issues I had with the truck were resolved before we left. Great place to do business.
Ive been a customer at Dokmo for over ten years and 7 different vehicles. The sales team has always been very accommodating and helpful. My primary contact, however, is the service department. Oil and other fluids, tires, diagnostics and everything else, I take to Dokmo. They work me in fast, meet the promised delivery times, and are ALWAYS great about giving me options and explanations. In particular, Id like to thank Joe and Chad for such dependable and personable service over the years! Highly recommended!
If you plan on buying a used vehicle here, ensure you take it to a mechanic you trust, or bring an OBD reader with you. This place will clear the codes on used vehicles whether they fix it or not. You should be able to tell by plugging in. If you see Code P1000 it can be assumed that any previous codes have been cleared (note that the check engine light doesnt light up for P1000). P1000 means that the on board computer has not had time to run all diagnostics. We can then assume that the computer and any stored codes have been cleared recently, since it takes a good amount of miles (up to 100mi) for the P1000 code to clear. At which point you are pretty well stuck with the vehicle. I got had, and it is what it is. Buyers get educated on what you are buying.
I had a great overall experience at Dokmo Ford Chrysler in Northfield. I was offered a very fair offer on my F150 (which I had purchased from Dokmo) in order to drive away with a new F150. They had the selection I liked, great prices, and excellent staff. My salesman, Nick Meyers was very courteous and professional throughout the process. The Finance Manager Brad, was very helpful and knowledgeable in selecting what options were available. I will plan on getting my next vehicle here as well.
Collin was the BEST salesman ever, he was kind, accommodating, and so easy to work with. Northfield Ford Chrysler will forever be my dealer as long as Collin is there. He s so helpful!!!
I ordered a new truck the end of July from Dokmo and due to Fords recalls they did not release the truck until mid October . The folks at Dokmo were great about doing all that they could to help me out with the delays by Ford. Then when I got home I saw that Ford forgot to install one of the options that were supposed to be on the truck so I made an appointment at Dokmo to have them install it. Turns out they didnt have the part so they took it off another new truck and put it on mine to get me going . Service after the sale is most important to me and Dokmo definitely does a great job of that.
Brandon was a nice salesperson, but all I wanted was to see what my options were for leasing a car. I wasnt sure if I could afford it. I told him right from the start that this was just so I could see if I needed to save some more money for a future down payment, or if leasing was not for me. After giving my maximum monthly price I could afford, they would not confirm anything. I was given a car to test drive, which was a great car. But then they gave me the numbers, and I explained that I couldnt afford it. Brandon was understanding about it, and I probably would have come back later if it had ended at that. But the FINANCE GUY, whose name I cant recall, decided he was going to save the sale and come out and lecture me. His voice actually rose several times arguing with me about raising my price when I already explained MANY TIMES that I couldnt afford it. I was on my lunch break and I said I had to leave, and he wouldnt STOP TALKING. He followed me out to my car and kept running his mouth about things that I didnt care about because I wasnt in a position to take the car. I have NEVER felt so much pressure to buy something. I actually was in tears as I drove back to work. Not a good experience at all. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Also, during several discourses about the lease terms I asked specific questions, which were not answered by either salesperson. It was simply, oh, well get to that later.
I wanted a new Challenger, test drove a couple of them with Skyler Hansen, once I decided what I wanted, I gave Skyler my custom build wish list that in a perfect world, this is the Challenger I want. Not only did he find me the exact car I wanted but in less than 48 hours from giving him my I want this I was driving it home with a payment that came in under the budget I was willing to spend. If you are looking or in need of a new or new to you vehicle, you cant go wrong working with Skyler
There was a fluid leak on my Dodge Caravan which needed to be checked out along with the regular servicing scheduled. Both were taken care of in good time and the fluid lead was resolved with replacing a transmission hose and the rest of the serving was done at the same time. Ive always experienced excellent service at Dokmo and continue to return time after time both for the service and the courteous staff who have always been very helpful. Thanks for the continued fine service.
They were able to fix my tire in a few hours. They were the 3rd place I checked for help, if I have car troubles again they will be the 1st place in check.
Blew up motor in my pick up on way to Minneapolis. Was towed to Dokmo Ford. Everyone very nice. Gave me a loaner to use while they replaced my motor and turbo. Great place!
Skyler was a great person to work with. Found the perfect car for my family and made the hole thing nice and smooth. Would recommend him to any one looking for a new or used car.
Skyler was hands down the best salesman I’ve ever run into. He was patient with me, he answered all my questions, and he was honest. Jacob stepped in and was a big help as well. If you’re looking for a car definitely wait for Skyler. I’ve never owned a Jeep but I walked away with one and I’ve never been happier. The best part is that Skyler made it feel welcoming and he didn’t just try to sell me a car and then kick me out. Dokmo provides a friendly environment that is hard to find anywhere else!
Got my vehicle detail report from Ford after my service appointment. They didn’t check for recall notices and I have to bring my vehicle back again to have those checked out. Would’ve been much more convenient to have done it when I was there.
Daughter just bought a car...beaming from ear to ear
Very good salespeople who are great to work with. They keep their word and are honest with you. I would highly recommend going here if you want a truly pressure free car buying experience.
Ive been researching what kind of vehicle to purchase next for our family, so I walked into Dokmo and was helped by Nick. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and not too pushy. I got the information I wanted and will definitely keep Dokmo on my list of places to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks!
Not impressed
Fantastic courtesy staff, good prices, and excellent craftsmanship. A+EDIT: I just bought an Explorer from them, and it was the best dealership experience Ive ever had.
Recently I went through the process of special ordering a new vehicle. It was quite a drawn out process based entirely on my end of the deal. I was very specific in what I wanted. Chris, the salesman was very patient and understanding throughout the entire process and together we worked out a very fair deal. Upon arriving to get the vehicle, the final processing was smooth and quick. Just the way I was hoping.I thoroughly researched over 25 dealers, nationwide in the process of narrowing down to Dokmo Ford Chrysler. I ended up traveling 800 miles to get the deal done and I am Very Happy with the end result. Thanks Guys
Fixed my recall issues with a smile and no charge. The mechanic explained the repair to me as well. Very professional and friendly folks.
Always great service at Dokmo either buying a vehicle or routine service. My salesman Brandon was great and always love working with Joe in service.
Bought a sweet 2013 Ford Escape...took me months to decide! Thankful for Clancys patience, expertise, guidance, kindness and careful explanation of everything. Ditto for Melissas huge help in understanding loans, service agreements and her endless kindness even when having to explain things several times to me :). Serious about having to read the manual like a novel to understand how to drive the car!
Bought a dodge dart from here in almost new condition, great car, great price. I understand that car salesman compete with eachother to earn commission but it was a little over the top with a few people there, but I mostly worked with Shawn, he told me he was new there and I thought his service was exceptional! Made me feel like he wasnt just a car salesman trying to rip me off!
Nathan Larson was great to work with. He took the time to get to know my specific situation and was honest about every car he showed med, even going as far as to not recommend a few. Finance department were quick and explained everything in detail and the general manager even thanked us for our business. Will definitely go back.
I buy all my cars here! The people who work here are so attentive and kind and the owner is so down to earth and friendly. They have recently made some management changes and the service has gotten even better! They have a play area to keep the kids occupied and a really nice waiting area. Buying a car is a huge decision but Dokmo has really taken the stress out of it. Give them a try!
Charged double of quoted amount and due to technician cutting a key I didnt need. Then after getting car back car started having electrical issues that were not there before sending the car to them for service. When informing dokomo about the issue they said it wasnt something they did. After I insisted they fix the issue they held the car for a few more days and said there was no issue and the car performed fine on the test drives. I would not recommend this facility to any one wanting car repair
The staff was vary friendly good selection of cars and trucks.
Jake and all the People at the dealership were very pleasant and helpful, The whole experience went smooth and fast. They gave me the best deal that they could and I was very happy with the out come. I would recommend Dokmo Ford Chrysler to anyone who is looking for the best deals on there automotive needs.
I bought a used truck n have had nothing but problems with it! they had me bring it back n couldnt find the problem! now Im stuck with a $17000.00 truck that I cant drive! I have tried to call the manager several times to no avail!! lemon law!! im on a veterans pension so I cant afford to pay for car repairs thats why I bought a newer vehicle! I have had problems with the truck for 3 months now!
Working with Todd at Dokmo was a great experience! He helped us get the perfect truck and was there to answer all our questions right away. Friendly service all around and was quick responding to all my emails. We highly recommend Dokmo!
Had a great experience at Dokmo. Very happy with my new vehicle and My salesman, Skyler, was awesome. Will for sure refer friends/family in the future. #skysthelimit
No prices on used vehicles!!
Excellent experience. The GM and the team first searched for the right used Jeep for me and my family. We then discussed the new options at the dealership and at other dealerships. They were very transparent in the process. We ultimately decided on a new 2016 on Dokmos lot. They worked hard to get me a more than competitive interest rate along with a long term warranty package to make sure everything is covered. They worked hard, spent time with us and were detailed in the process. I would strongly recommend Dokmo! Thanks Chris, Brad and team.
I have purchased 2 vehicles and had the majority of my service and/repairs at Dokmo. I have been very happy with the vehicles and service from them. The sales team was very informative and helpful and the service department has done the same.
They diagnosed the steering suspension issue and proposed a thoughtful solution. Justin, the certified Ford mechanic, knows his stuff!
Rose and Jacob were very helpful when it came time to trade for an upgraded vehicle. Their dedication to offering me a positive and honest experience really set them apart from other dealerships I have worked with in the past. Thanks Dokmo!
We will never shop for a vehicle anywhere else. Everyone at Dokmo went above and beyond our customer service expectations!! Thank you for getting us into an AMAZING Ram 1500 for such a incredible price! Youre the best Dokmo!
Service Manager, Cathy P., at Dokmo, did a great job of scheduling repairs and she and techs. ensured all work was completed on time, according to specs., and under warranty, when my Ram 1500 developed an oil leak recently. Thank you to Cathy and all who scheduled and performed work this time and on our other vehicles over the past several years.
People were great to work with. Not happy with service. They do not listen to me as a customer and fix what they want and not solve the symptoms Ive explained. Now, truck is setting dead again with the same symptoms I complained about earlier.
Recomend talking to Skyler. Very easy to work with and showed me everything I wanted to see. Will be buying a car from him when the right one comes along!!! Keep this guy around.
The process was smooth and everyone was very professional.
Ive purchased 2 vehicles from Skyler hansen here at dokmo now. I highly recommend anyone whos looking for a vehicle new or used to give him a call. He helped me find the right vehicle for my needs, at a price I was comfortable paying, and was a pleasure to do business with. whenever I feel the urge to upgrade Ill definitely stop here first.
I have been a customer of Dokmo Ford for many years. I appreciate they provide me information and options of the services to perform on my vehicle, and allow me to make the decision. The service department keeps me informed of upcoming maintenance, which keeps me confident that I am doing everything reasonable to prevent a roadside breakdown -- which is everyones nightmare. The staff is pleasant and welcoming, and I highly recommend them.
Should show sales hours versus service hours!Drive 45 minutes to look at a car, said they wer open.... but only the service dept was.... sales dept didnt OPEN til 10 am
I bought a new 2016 Mustang GT recently, had a trade-in as well. The whole process was quick and easy. The entire team at Dokmo is very accommodating, yet also NOT pushy. Great experience
We recently had our six month service on the 2016 Ford C-Max that we bought at Dokmo Ford. The staff was very courteous and efficient, sending us on our way after an oil change and tire rotation. We are very happy with the sales, service and staff at Dokmo Ford.
Nick Meyers is great, helpful salesman. Helped me find the perfect car for my needs and took as time as I needed to make a decision.
Always helpful. Service is done correctly an on time. They have always gone the extra mile for me.
First time getting service here, although my wife recommended them. Staff were friendly. Waiting area wasnt too bad. Nice and comfy chairs. I didnt use the wifi, but Im sure it works well. Service performed was exactly as I requested. No upsells for service I didnt ask for and price was reasonable. I would definitely go back here to get service done on my truck. Highly recommended.
After doing the U connect update our radio, navigation are not working properly, we took it to Dokmo and they werent able to fix it. They said they would look into it further and call me, so far no call. 8-19 @8:30 am I did get a phone call from Scott service manager apparently this is a problem with many people who have done this update and no remedies have been offered at this time, hopefully some one at Jeep/Chrysler will get this figured out soon to keep current customers happy. Update 9-06, went back to Dokmo on 8-21 and had a tech look at it again he concluded it would need a new radio and would get one on order said it would take about three days. Went on vac 8-28 thru 89-1 called Scott on 9-5, he wasnt in. Called again on 9-6 at 9:00 am and asked if he could let me know the status of the radio, no call so I stopped in at 2:30, at this time he had someone try to figure out what was going on. 1/2 hour later... Apparently some one couldnt read some of the paperwork and put it the wrong slot and it sat there until I showed up and started asking questions. Now they say it will be in in a few days, time will tell. This has been disappointing on many levels and many parties have to take responsibility for this poor service. I bought this vehicle from them because they would be close if I needed service I dont know if it was a good call, hopefully things improve. 9/30 update they still have no radio/ navigation to repair our vehicle, Ive been told several different ETAs for delivery and still waiting...update 10/13 finally got a new radio installed. I had a check engine light on they looked at it while it was in and they will need to order the part that means another trip and more time. Almost 2 months for a warranty repair, way to long.
The staff was great to work with. They were very clear and honest about the car and all the features. It was a pleasant experience when purchasing this car from Dokmo.
