Shop there all the time! Went there a bit over a year ago to get into a new card game, now they are the only ones I buy from, amazing product knowledge and prices. Weekly events are always a fun and friendly experience. Know lots of people who live further away drive to them just cause it is them. They do what ever they can to make sure their consumers and players are always happy. Would highly recommend going there any day.

The first time I walked into this shop the first thing I noticed was its amazing aroma, and then bam they hit you with their great selection of various games. Games n Geek is by far the best game shop in Minnesota. With plenty of other stores in the metro area, GnG is the obvious choice if you want high quality product at a great price. The owners, Svitlana and Landon are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about all things Geek. They go out of their way to help new players learn games as well as help experienced players build decks and talk shop about the newest meta and top decks. Besides their vast knowledge with card games, the couple is also well-versed in board games and video games. Games n Geek offers a local, small town welcoming feel with the experience and number of product as much larger and more urban stores.

Have been going here once a week since they opened and have loved it! The owners are very personable and love to help new players to any game get started. They also hold tournaments for many TCGs on a regular weekly basis.

I think it says a lot when the shop not only has great workers but also draws a general populace of people who are fun, respectful, and amiable to others.Its worth travelling to wherever you are. My drive is about an hour but I still try to go atleast a couple times a month!The tournaments are handled professionally, you get a lot of help from the wonderful owners, they helped me get into FOW and helped me with my magic deck, and the overall atmosphere is fun and relaxed.Im not a social one but playing at tournaments is fun because theres such a great crowd!

This is a very nice place to find trading cards, especially FOW, MTG, and pokemon. The store itself has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. Theres a decent selection for retro gaming, as well as board games. The near hour drive is totally worth it for me. Absolutely recommend!

Its very versatile.The owners are polite and will gladly help you find whatever you need. I personally find them engaging and kind.(Also Ill add that the brick arch entrance gives it a vibe that I very much like)

This store owner is the most full of herself, ignorant, self obsessed person I have met with an ego bigger than Michael Jordan. I attempted to create a safe space for her consumers but she insisted on letting a violent individual enter her store to play in her tournaments because she likes him. If you have kids, DO NOT TAKE CHILDREN HERE. She has said that most of her customers are violent and she creates an environment unfriendly to children and unsafe to her consumers. And if you have anything to say about her practices shell ban you from her store.

This store is a staple of the Northfield Community. The owners have always been kind and understand in various ways. The turn out for FNM is high, the magic singles selection is incredibly robust, the EDH turn out oh Saturday is usually high as well.
