I am not sure what happened with the poor review listed here as I found Matthew Olivero to be very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all helpful. I went in unaware of what I needed or what I needed to do to get it. And Mr. Olivero showed great patience with me and explained the process of going through my insurance to help pay for my equipment.

My husband and I were well pleased with the helpfulness of MKR personnel. They were polite and offered good advice, something which senior citizens need as we deal with difficulties and changes in our lives.
