We used to be customers of Fred Fuller and when Rymes took over the Fred Fuller company we were not sure how that was going to go. So far it has been great. The fill ups are on time and they are always helpful when we call. Today I called to pay my bill and spoke with a very helpful and cheerful woman! Thank you and continue the great customer service!

They are really nice at the offices. I made a post on Facebook about an issue and one of the owners responded very quickly and assured my that it would be taken care of. Where can u get that type of service? Just great to have a company that cares.

His professionalism and quick to help approach won my business.Kerry Mattson spent the time to advise when I installed a new propane heater. I have been with Rymes a few years now and have had nothing but great service with them. When my propane is getting low they always come as soon as possible depending on what the level is on my tank. The office staff ALWAYS asks what the level is so I dont run out. The drivers have gone out of their way to help me with questions and issues and have been patient and polite with me. Another big plus for me is the online payment. I actually pay ahead using the online payment system to assure that I will get the discount for paying within 10 days. Super convenient! So from the office staff to the drivers I have had nothing but great service and would highly recommend them.

A VERY nice delivery driver who had to go down multiple roads because of road closures during the power outage came to fill our propane tank this week . Even with the headache of the road closures this driver had a VERY pleasant attitude. Thank you Rhymes for having a very courteous driver...

So disappointed in Rymes today. I have been a customer for years but not any more. Just when you need them they bailed!

I called Rhymes to get a delivery today as I didnt realize how low my tank was. I let them know my tank was going to run out today and that I have a 5 year old in the house and they told me they couldnt get a delivery to me for another week and a half. I cannot not have heat with a child in my home!

Seems that no one ever picks up the phone at this number or any of the surrounding Rymes locations either.
