If I could give them a 0 star review I would. 2PM appointment. Hit the dock at 2PM. Started loading after 3PM. Put a few pallets in the trailer haven’t touched it since. Now 4:15 PM. Place sucks. Stay away at all costs. Unless you like losing money.
Easy to find and extra parking if you show up early like I did. I spent 4 hours here, but I was 3 hours early for my appointment. I was given a door ten minutes past my appointment time and was loaded in 35 minutes. Bills are given to drivers at the security gate with seal on the way out. All in all an easy, organized process. Id pick up from here again. One less star for a trailer being dropped right where trucks navigate in the yard.
Very inconsistent with salesman taking orders and deliveries up to days after promised. How do you stay in business.
Got loaded very quickly!! Has to wait a while for dock to open up. Hopefully next time will gi just as smooth!! Im so blessed to be doing what I do!!
Decent loading time could stay outside gate overnight sure would not have gotten thru Chicago in 10 minutes!Especially at 5:pm

Usually good, but last 2 times waiting time was over 4 hours, so will skip the shipments from this location in future, 3-4 trucks arrived after me and were loaded before me, thats unexeptable
Nice female gate guards😃. Check in that the guard shack. Then wait for them to call you for a doc. When done check out at the guard shack. Not to long of a wait ☺️.
I never leave reviews, so you know its awful. I sat an hour waiting to get a door, and now Ive been sitting over 4 hours with the light still green, havent even locked me in, much less even start loading me. This is ridiculous and no amount of detention worth it!

I went to deliver there about two weeks ago. I was having one of those terrible days when everything was going wrong for me, lost my phone, had a plane to catch in a few hours and my company didn’t want to send anybody else to do delivery for me. I was there on time for my appointment and was told that they were having issues and were behind schedule, obviously I had no phone because I lost it, have to walk back and forth to check if they got a door for me, I just couldn’t believe how bad my day was, first time I checked I ran into my life saver, Ms Vicky Perkins, she told me, we don’t have a door yet, so comeback in a little while again. I was devastated at this point clock is ticking and time for my flight was approaching, I told Ms Perkins about my situation and she said that she would try to help me as much as she can. I when back to her window once again and she give the best news I had heard so far that day, I got you a door, I ran back to my truck, got to the door an they unloaded me in 30 minutes, I was so happy and was able to take my flight back home to see my daughter, thanks so much to Ms Vicky Perkins and the staff at this location for making and effort to get me in and out of there quick. Appreciate your kindness!!
Avoid this company Don’t show up before your appointment I been here since 10 am my appointment at 4pm am still here getting loaded it’s 9:00 pm they didn’t event start loading me I will never come back am an animal

Last few 16.9 oz Canfields sparkling Seltzer has been nearly flat. Purchased at Woodmans in Kenosha. Hope I dont have to find a new brand. I have been a long term fan because of the good carbonation.

Great drinking products. This a top notch company that supplies me with A and W root beer and cream soda plus cherry Dr. Pepper!!! They also bottle 7UP and other fine soft drinks. The amount of successful friend and family gatherings and events have been made so because of this wonderful family friendly company. The amount of thanks I must give to God for these wonder people who work so hard so long and so magnificently deserve his special blessing. Thank you drivers loaders bottlers and any and all employee here. I will pray for you each and every day I am alive. Attend!!!!!!!
Do not expect that they will start loading you at your appointment time or earlier.Always holding 1 hour past so why to come on time then?Kind of a mess there,prepare to wait.
Watch the landing gear if you are pulling a tanker. If not up all the way you might hit the concrete.
Not too bad as far as getting loaded you might have to wait about 45min n then another 30 to 45 to get loads but it was okay the yard is tight

I dont think Ive ever received a correct delivery from this company. The drivers either carry the wrong products inside or they forget one on the truck after you point it out that there is one missing. Sometimes they dont even have the right product in the truck after you point out they brought the wrong stuff inside. Once I told them I didnt order a flavor they carried in. They told me its the same price as the correct flavor and I could just accept it if I wanted. I told them I dont sell it and I dont want it. But they didnt have the actual product I needed on the current truck.The employees in the office dont give consistent information. If they are out of a flavor they dont tell you when you order. No one at the company seems to have a handle on doing returns to correct their filling errors.I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Delivery was quick 20mins unloading time
I was 2.5 hours early. Sat for 1.25 hours got a door. Sat another .25 hours they started unloading. Unloaded 5 mins before my noon appt. Pickup paperwork on the way out. Guards were ok. Nothing hard about parking or doors unless you are a complete looser. In that case you might want to reevaluate your job choice.

Just another typical shipper/reciever, nothing special but not too bad for being right outside the cesspool that is Chicago. There is parking outside the gate with a nice walking path not too far away. Try to get in early for the best parking, as they will not let you spend the night inside the gate. While I was here, they were on strike (typical union workers that want more money for less work). However, they were pretty cool and didnt mess with me much. Easy to get around once inside the compound, but they are pretty slow about getting you loaded and out. Plan on it being a two hour affair minimum.

Slower than molasses in January... 6 hours to load me I was the only truck live loading everything else was trailers good news you can park right outside the gate and finish your 8 hour break... not a happy camper about it

Live loads, prepare to wait. But no detention.Also dont b late for your appointment. Or take a load if it already late or if you know youll b late. I overheard the shippers talking and they make you wait out of spite if your late. Someone higher up should investigate. I was an hour early for mine. They take 30 minutes to load you but make you wait in a dock for an hour and a half before they start loading. Been here a couple times and has been the same way every time. Obviously they make you wait just long enough so they dont have to pay detention. And they know it too. Will not purchase Dr Pepper products because of it.
OTR, pick up. Everything good beside the docks are way to close to each other, it’s probably made for dry vans which have thinner doors but with my reefer my doors were touching trailers next to me from both sides.

I picked up load at Meyer Bros in Barker NY, there was just ONE forklift driver who managed 5 trucks in less than 2 hours. Plus prepared paperwork for all of us. Then I came here.

No overnight parking and don’t come early because they won’t take you early. Guard shack has an attitude, road leading in is full of holes, and from the looks of it outside carriers are at the end of the priority.I got here an hour and half early for my appointment, they sent me to their waiting area to wait for a phone call. They finally call to go to the other side of the building. I get to the other side and they can’t take me there either because they have no room. They said they called the other side and said I’m coming and that they will have a door for me. I get back to the other side and their all pissed off that I’m back for some reason. The lady tells me in a snotty voice to go back to the waiting area because there is no doors available and to wait for a phone call again. She also doesn’t know how long it will take even though I’m past my appointment at this point.I bet at the job fair the main attraction for this place said in bold letters “NO HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA REQUIRED” LOL what are you gonna, even the mentally challenged need a paycheck to survive.

Had several loads from this place. Usually they get a truck loaded within 2 hours. Not bad for such a big company. If you are on a work in basis, not much waiting either.
