Stay far away from New “mechanic”. I made a suggestion and he said he wouldn’t do it because he has being doing this for 25 years.Driss was awesome. Wish he never left.

Please do not buy face mask from here they are not safe I bought a $10 pack of two but it have 4 open lines thru the mask you can see thru not protecting at all i took a chance buying it so please do not buy them even the single ones for two dollars a piece are too thin and wont protect you at all save your money because Im basically 10 dollars out that I just wasted taking a chance buying it

Are usually coming to this place of business 2 to 4 times a week to buy gas to get something to drink for work things of that nature usually my experience with the employees here are positive sometimes they are a little slow and they talked a little too much but other than that they are great. Well they just lost a customer as apparently the atmosphere on the Sunday is completely different than a weekday. I was sent to buy a pack of cigarettes for one of my neighbors and they told me that the cigarettes were $11 each. I had bought cigarettes here before for someone and with the Red Bull the total came out to be 8 something so of course I questioned how were they $11 each I wasnt rude I wasnt employed I wasnt anything negative... I was okay with just getting gas and my Red Bull but the gentleman behind the counter was extremely annoyed with me. So annoyed that he decided to take a deep breath and refuse to make eye contact with me and looked extremely pissed off... All I did was simply State, before they were never $11 each when did this change happen? he then asked his coworker and his co-worker stated that they have always been $11 each and I left it at that I was simply okay with that, I stated its okay I could always go somewhere else to buy them but I stood there as I had the Red Bull on the counter. I didnt leave because the price of cigarettes apparently went up or perhaps the people throughout the week really liked me and decided to give me a price cut Im not sure... What I do know is that this place of business just lost about $150 a month from me not because the price of the cigarettes but because how rude their employee was. The other gentleman in the back was noticing exactly what was going on and he should have energy acted and taking care of me while the gentleman that apparently I upset so badly just by asking a simple question should have been sent to the back or should have been sent on break. If you cannot work with the public then you should not be working with the public. I even told him before I decided to leave Im sorry I did not mean to piss you off and I use that type of verbage because of how he was acting towards me as if I had ruined his entire day by asking a simple question. I then decided to leave I said, no thank you, have a nice day because how he was acting from the moment I walked into the gas station was completely uncomfortable!!! he slammed the drink on the counter and said, dont you want your drink...

Nothing better than having a $.30/gal savings on your reward card to be denied to use it. Sometimes my computer doesnt take it. Are you kidding me!? And to be a GOLD member to be saving $.05/gal to only processing $.03/gal saving.....you will NEVER get my business again. Complete disappointment thought Shell was better than that.

Worst customer service ever the cashier was outside smoking a cigarette instead of helping people out and then he put my money on the wrong pump and didnt even care because he was too busy smoking his dan cigarette outside never coming back here AGGAIINNNNNNNN

They are scammers, they unplugged my oxygen sensor and then offered to fix the sensor for $120 . I took it to my veteran mechanic right away and he’s the one that told me he unplugged the oxygen sensor . The other situation I had a year before that, they burned my clutch up while getting my catalytic converters changed . They’re work is fine but they will scam you . Be careful!
