Alabama power help me and my uncle with my power bill the lady took the time out to show us pay bill using a credit card for the first time my power was shut off we paid in full and connection fee thank you need people like her it nice to talk to someone with a heart

The TVs there are very high priced. If youre down on your luck and need financing for a hot water heater frigerator dishwasher washing machine or dryer then this would be a good place otherwise it would be best to buy at another store.

The lady at the counter (blonde lady) CLEARLY doesnt want to have to help the customers with in depth questions regarding their accounts, she always has an excuse as to why you should use the self help kiosk OR why she cant give you more information regarding your account!

Its a very nice and clean . keeping and the staff here r beyond friendly and helpful and very professional advice they give and r willing to do whatever they can do to help you. .
