Rob scheduled an appointment to measure our windows and took time to make recommendations and help us choose which samples would look best. He was courteous, professional and friendly. We are very satisfied with the work he did and will use him again if we move or upgrade.

They did an excellent job on initial order and installation . However, we ordered another set of shutters in January and cant seem to get Rob to call us back or advise of order status. Very Disappointed ! Guess this order wasnt big enough to get his attention.
