Best shopping experience in town hands down. Friendly and kind workers who are so sweet to my kiddos. We prefer the produce and the meat dept over anywhere else.

Its a Publix. Meaning, its more expensive than other options, but this is a clean store. The workers are friendly. The product selection is excellent. I enjoy going here, which considering how I dont like to shop, that says something.

It was quick and efficient. Staff not only nice but very courteous and helpful.

Self checkout out is terrible. Better off going thru the regular cashier. No spices. Dont know if theres a shortage but the shelves are empty. No price on some produce I needed. Usually a good store. Well chalk it up to a workforce issue.

This is the best place to go. The kids get free cookies and balloons Everytime we go. The employees greet us and ask if we need anything as well walk by. When we do need help it is not trouble to find someone that is willing to go above and beyond to find what we need.

Love shopping there Deli is great and I can get specialty food items that are not available where I live.

Good service, pricy on some things. Does not carry miso my real reason for stopping, but did find a few bargains and they made me some fresh sushi rolls.

“Go Bogo!” as I always say to my friends, their customer service and customer interaction is top notch! I’d say that I am very impressed even though the employee pay is bare minimum from what my friends reported to me while working there.

We pass up dollar General and wal mart just to go for a cleaner and more friendly environment and always a great selection from bakery to deli to seafood and meat department.

Publix always does it right! They are clean, professional and always have good BOGO sales. Some people feel they are pricey, but you get better quality on every level and with coupons & rebates you can get great prices. Publix has been one of the few stores I enjoy shopping at because they care about their business and their customers.

I love the atmosphere and the staff. The BOGO specials are fab! I just learned I dont have to buy 2 items to receive the BOGO so that helps alot! The fruits beat out any other grocery store in town

This is a nice grocery store that works hard to hire friendly staff. They have high quality produce and meats and a pretty good seafood selection. They also have a deli, I go for their subs, but be prepared to wait 15 to 25 minutes for them to make them. This is a very clean store with clean restrooms.

Love the store. However, limited with choices and too many vegetables packaged. Suggest buyer travel to west coast to see what you are missing and the way your products are displayed. Store is 10 years behind the times. Perhaps a new produce manager who know what is and advise his staff to remove items that are wilted and molded. You are the number one store in the area but outdated and old. Have to go to Birmingham to purchase items you should have in your store. Get with it and move on from the meat and three conceptThank you for this opportunity to express what you already know.

I usually get my crab legs from winn-dixie but I decided to go here instead. Big mistake! I always get my crablegs steamed so when I got home they were cold and not all the way steamed so I took them back. The second time they were tough as hell. Ill just stick to winndixie smh!

I Ordered A Birthday Cake For Friday 02/12/2021. At Publix Northport Alabama...I Was Very Disappointed With the Results!!!! This is the Not What I Ask For I Was Looking For Professionalism And Did Not Get That All....I Was In A Rush And Did Not Want To Cause A Big Scene About The Cake So I Just Left. I Will Never Order From There Or Any Other Publix..

I went to Publix because they had their brand young turkeys on sale for 49 cents a pound for 10 - 20 something pounds. When I got there, they had plenty to choose from. I was very pleased to have such a large choice 2 days before Thanksgiving.

And if its unavailable, the managers even offer to order and keep it in stock if wanted.Also, the bakery staff is absolutely amazing! Always pleased with my orders. The deli and pharmacy are slow to wait on you, then it takes a good while to finish your order. But they do stay crowded and busy so I can understand it. Brianna is a very nice cashier, always smiles and is friendly always

Publix is one of my favorite places. The one here didnt have some of the shelves stocked up and I was there at 2 pm! I travel and when I stop here I want to get all I need. I love their buy one get one free and the sub special in the deli.

I had a very recent experience where a nice associate stepped in when she noticed I was frustrated with another associate in the bakery department.She made choices based on what she thought should be done. She stated that the situation should not cause them to lose a customer. She verified with the store manager, and he gave her his approval.Im so happy she was there to speed up my purchase and head to my childs birthday party.

Clean, wide range of choices & very helpful staff. Prices tend to be higher than other Grocery stores, but they often carry things not easily found at other stores. They also have great sale prices (love the Buy 1, Get 1 for a PENNY sales ☺)
