I ordered boots 3 days ago, never received a tracking number via email. Emailed the company twice in a two day period, a Monday and Tuesday and received no correspondence back. Called and a really rude and arrogant gentleman answered the phone. He then told me the boots would not be shipping out until mid November, I am confident no one would have ever emailed me to tell me this information if I had not called. Im getting a refund and I will never shop at boot outfitters again.
