It is so peaceful when I go shopping at this Walmart. I live in Tuscaloosa down from the Walmart over there, but I would rather drive across the bridge to Northport just to go to their Walmart and have a peaceful mind and experience.

Filthy store. Clothes lying all over the floor! Tissues laying all throughout the store entrance. Shelves cluttered.

It is Walmart. I mean Ive come to not expect too much. There are some incredibly nice employees but most are incredibly rude. It is one of the cleanest i have ever been in and it is the only one i shop at. I do enjoy their Walmart pick up. While i know some that have had issues with it i have never had a problem.

Its Walmart. If youre worried about a crowd go early on a school day. Work smarter not harder.

Busy at lunch. Pretty quick turnover. Friendly staff. Onion rings greasy. Pork sandwich finely chopped..hamlike. Not sure where the pulled pork was that day. Have gotten good food there at other times. This deserved a refund.

Had no issues returning something I bought from Michigan with out a receipt. They were able to find it on line and returned my money to my card.

This Wal Mart is not very well kept. Dirty and not particularly well stocked. The pickup service was ok but was out of many items.

Walmart was great, as always but I want my hours back so l badly! I loved being able to go to Walmart in the middle of the night when no one else was there. I have a real anxiety issue so this was very helpful where that is concerned. So.... Is Wal-Mart ever gonna go back to being open 24 hrs or no???

Horrible customer service, nothing great or relatively good about this store at all.

The store was definitely understaffed which Im use too. Out of product use too. Today I shopped and I was next in checkout when told credit or debit only. All I had was cash. Why would this happen. I guess I need to think really hard about this. Wasted an hour and a half just to leave with nothing. I know you have the monopoly on big business but this was a very sorry shopping experience. I feel really bad for families who shop for most of these groceries here. Just aVery disappointing trip. Someone needs to fix this

I have been in the Auto Care parking area since 7:00am when they were supposed to open and it is now 7:35am with no one out here checking in customers. I am still waiting for service 35 minutes after their posted opening time.

The tire and auto department is a complete joke. I was going to start buying my tires from there ( I buy between 5 to 10 a month ) but the way I was greeted and talked to by one of the mechanics I will NOT buy anything Automotive from them again.

If treating your customers like they dont matter. This the place for you all scan and go are card only. Two associates on cash only reg. People waiting long Time to get checked out took me 30 minutes just to get up to the reg. My feeling is that they feel like customers like are trash if Mr. Sam Walton was still alive I believe he would change things.

Excellent pharmacy staff. They are always nice, friendly and willing to help you.Dairy department needs to actually READ the dates on milk. They had whole 1/2 gallons of milk dated expired on 5/18/2021 out for sale on 5/29/2021.They need to clean the garbage in the parking lot. I know. I know there are empty garbage cans BUT some people dont seem to see or use them. Can we say, Inconsiderate slobs?To management....please, please, please never order those gray bags for the check-out lines. They are hard or almost impossible to open and slow down self-check out needlessly. The white bags always open. The gray ones are a stupid hassle.Other than that the store is fine.

The store always seems disorganized and very few of the employees are helpful. As usual there were only two registers open with very long lines for check out. I try to avoid Walmart anytime I can.

The Walmart shopped in was very clean and organized. Prices were excellent on most items. Everyone is helpful and nice. 5 stars for me

I Love Walmart pickup.You shop online pay online.They shop for all you ordered: grocery,pharmacy otc,essentials and bring it to your car.Best thing ever for ppl.especially if youre disabled.

Workers ganged up socializing with each other.. Cant find help when needed. And I guess we need to start bringing a wagon to load groceries in. Wheels on grocery carts have trouble rolling. I complained to staff and then to management. I was told by both Its not our fault customers tear them up. I looked down at one buggy wheel it had fabric or bags wrapped around it. Others had wobbly wheels about ready to fall off.Now as I reflect on what the employees said, I have to agree. After all there are hundreds of customers that come through those doors each day. And would you believe some will show up twice in one day and others will show up 3 or 4 times a week. And if they would just stop filling those buggies with a ton of groceries!In summary. Maybe those works who feel the need to socialize while on the clock could do so while preforming maintenance on those shopping carts.

Im not sure if theres a bill shortage or something is wrong with a large majority of the self checkouts, but I find it hard to believe 6 out of 8 of the scanners are all card only. I feel there should be a better explanation on why it has happened.To add, the app and online versus concrete times do not match. Just went to receive money and neither the money center or the customer service desk were open.

This walmart is way than the one on Hargrove. The one on Hargrove the Associates arent as friendly when you go to the check out. I hate going through the self check out.. If you dont have a card you literally have to wait while everyone else checks out

The shelves are half stocked hard to locate some items, apparently they stop selling tobacco products at a certain time at night and its bad enough you have to use self checkouts but close to closing they stop taking cash, how crazy is that, they dont even tell you, no signs nothing, I found out when I went to pay and the screen displayed no cash payment mode the employee told me its because they cant give change, what, its a machine it makes change during the day, crazy!My wife had to suffer from an upset stomach and heartburn because they couldnt take cash

Cant complain much. I wish clearance priced or reduced price groceries would scan the actual mark down price so I dont have to flag down an employee for any problems.

Horrible as always all self checkout card only, almost out of milk, seafood, no buggies everyone walks in and has to walk back out in the rain to get shopping carts, then the gas station the pump I was at no cards so I go to pay at the window and she is on her telephone and closes the window on me. So no Gas

I prefer Northport Walmart over Tuscaloosa. They are usually more stocked/cleaner than Tuscaloosas. Plus its smaller so everything is easier to get to when you just want to get in and get out.

Wasnt able to get a riding cart and four people working at the door one gave a three second check.of front of store to report that they dont have any riding cartsstore. Manager please remind young people that some disabled people dont have others to do thier shopping and carts are sometimes left in the parking lot so.please get them in the store for store use.

I always have the best experience with placing an order and then picking up my groceries so thats why the high score but 8/5 canceled my gro. order no explanation for it, said it was at the other store not! I may not use it again until I get answers, 400. order no explanation, no email, nothing, THANKS WALMART! I get meds. and everything else there. Im disabled so the pick up gro. is the best thing for me.

This store never have the items Im looking for, poor management skills are in play here, need to order more of the sold out all the time stuff. We have to order everything online just to get it in the store and pick it up week or so layer. So much can be done here and not having everything in one stop shop is not happening in this walmart super center, we have to go to all sorts of different stores. UGH!!!

Well most of the time great. Tonight it was bad. As I was approaching the cash register to selfcheck. I slipped in water. That had no caution/warning or slippery when wet. Thank goodness my shopping cart was there to save tha day.

Awful shopping experience. There were zero shopping carts at the entrance. We waited in line to check out only to discover they didnt take cash. The clerks in the store are rude.

Im 75 years old and had $238 in groceries and there were no cashiers to ring up and bag my groceries. I had to Self Check them by myself lifting and moving them around including setting my bags on the dirty floor. Plus I had 4 customers inline behind me. This made me furious! This shouldnt happen to customers like myself

Always liked the fact they were open all night and I understand due to pandemic the hour change. But near end of night only do -it -yourself checkout makes my experience difficult. Should have a regular person line.

Definitely one of the few decent Walmarts that are left. Never overcrowded, always plenty of checkouts open, the employees are nice, and I always find everything I need.

Store was low on prime grocery items. I wanted Wrights thick cut bacon but I found none. I realize its post holiday but stores open for business should be adequately stocked.

Pretty good Wal-Mart, though a lot of stuff always seems to be not placed on the shelf. Also, very clean bathrooms and extremely nice staff!

I had looked up item on line, reportedly had item in stock. The item was out of stock and the next priced item was more than twice the cost. Disappointed after looking item up and driving a little out of the way after working 12+ hours. Picked up a couple small items, spent less than $10. So made the beat out if the trip.

Very slow check out. Messy shelving. Employees are unhelpful. The employees rather to chat among themselves and cuss around children.

Could use some people to answer the phones. dont know if all walmarts have started their automotive center back, which i dont know why it was ever stopped, its essential, but there is no option to go straight to automotive on the phone. i have to call to speak to an associate then transfer to automotive.

The salesgirl(Cameron) in the electronics dept. Is always nice and helpful when I thanked her she said it was her job to help she did with a smile on her face!

Ive shopped there for years and its a great place to go for most of all your needs. Ive seen nothing but more improvements over time to the store and staff to better serve customers in the community, even through this pandemic.

Walmart nortport on has 2 scooters for the handicap...you would think they would have more as crowded as the store always is not handicap equipped awful staff thumbs down

This store gets a zero stars from me. I had 2 new tires put on Monday and within 1 hour the check tires light was on. I pulled off the road to call and absolutely NO ONE answered the phone. I called 3 times and the same issue all 3 times. I think the store manager needs to get involved and find out what is going on. This was totally unacceptable for a Walmart.Im contacting the main office to lodge a complaint. Not about the tires,about the lack of response to phone calls.

Surprisingly it was actually pleasant, the wait to checkout was only 15 minutes and the clerk seemed liked she didnt mind doing her job.
