Traded in games they gave me a good deal, but the 2 games I picked out to buy they didnt even have. How are they going to have it on the shelves and not even have them in stock.

Came in today and dropped my gift card! Called and the sales associate went out and found it and read off the numbers to me. Tell me of another place where an associate would do that?

I usually have a good experience in this store. Today was not the case. There was a newer lady working in there and she seemed very annoyed by our presence. By the end of it, we were annoyed with hers. I doubt shes the manager because all of the managers have excellent customer service.

Didnt care for the way the cashier talked to a younger gentleman that entered as we did. Unfortunately they didnt have what we went for. Either way, their prices are hideous.

Corey knows us because my wife and I are in there so often. He takes the time to let us know about things we might both like. Excellent customer service sets this location apart.

Their selection of geeky things is nice, but their games are overpriced, while they screw people selling them games. The staff are helpful and knowledgable about their job and the games they sell.
