Would not recommend!!!!! Took them my baby bag to have embroidered on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Friday and that they would call Thursday and remind me for pick up for Friday. NEVER CALLED & when I went back to pick up my bag, I was told that they simply just didn’t have time to do it. 0 out of 5 stars!!!!

After searching the city of Tuscaloosa for embroidery services I had no luck. After speaking with church members and a couple of other individuals, they all recommended B&B Silkscreen. My expectations were set, with no doubt that this business would take care of my project I had in mind.However, I was sadly disappointed after consistently contacting this establishment of business with the same question(s); only to not receive a call back and inconsistent information that did not line up with their inventory nor what I was trying to accomplish. I would not recommend this place of business to any other professional that is looking for promptness and services delivered in a timely manner.
