Great customer service here and the plenty of ECHO equipment. That’s my outdoor equipment of choice. They also carry Husqvarna as well Nd other brands. Definitely recommend to go her for all your outdoor power equipment needs.

Cant really rate because they could not help me. They were, however, very nice.

I bought a zero turn from them in May and had it for 3 weeks before the unsecured choke cable was rubbed in two by one of the tires. It’s now July and I still don’t have my mower and every time I call they give me some excuse about not being able to get the part. The cable can be bought on Amazon for 15 dollars btw. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I would not recommend anyone to even buy weed eater string from them. They will never get my business again period.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Last time I’ll ever go in there. Went in for a carburetor and was told to bring weed eater, not with the carb removed, but I had no problem taking it off and asked to borrow a socket from them and they told me to take it home and remove it and bring it back…..Lazy lazy lazy and sorry excuse for customer service! I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know of my experience.

Northport Power & Equipment gives excellent customer service & are knowledgeable about all their products.. They have great periodic special sales with 20% off products. I bought 2 professional Husqvarna chainsaws with accessories this week and was in & out in 30-40 minutes with them adding the bar and chain and testing the saws. Thanks to Keith. Keith also loaded the saws in my vehicle. I highly recommend them as I couldn’t get help at the other shop that sells these products. The 20% sales on chainsaws goes unti 3/20/21.

I have purchased multiple pieces of lawn equipment including mowers, blower, trimmer and a Husqvarna AutoMower. Bryant, Keith and Papa Ellis are all extremely knowable and helpful. They just came out before the July 4th holiday weekend to find and repair a break in my yards AutoMower guidewire that I had caused when I replaced some sod. Really good folks to so business with!!

Great place to shop for top notch lawn equipment. The staff got me exactly what I needed. Older gentleman helped me and ask me what I needed and ask what I would be cutting with it. I explained what I needed the weed eater for and he recommended the Huskavarna 525 which also can support a metal cutting blade. I decided that it was perfect for my needs. They also walk you through the safety features and how to crank it and also keep it running. Lol I give Northport Power Equipment 5 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍

Rude people. They know you dont have tons of options. They must have plenty of money because they dont care about your business at all. Most seem annoyed that you want to ask questions or bring in a repair,yet miraculously they are able to keep the doors open because of the brand they choose to sell. The positive things youll hear are not based on any of their doing its mostly the product I hope you choose another route to get what you want because they dont deserve your business Im sad that I even have to give them one star Id be embarrassed to say I am associated with them.

Told me my Husqvarna leaf blower carb wasnt worth repairing. I bought the tool and adjusted the carb. Ran fine. They charged me $20.00 to tell me the carb was no good............................

Total sham of a business, I had a Husqvarna weed eater that had a part loose in the gas tank that needed to get fixed, and mind you it was running fine up until that point. I diagnosed the problem that a piece had come off in the gas tank and needed to be repaired, I poured gas in the carburetor and it would still crank. I took it down to Northport Power Equipment place, as it is the ONLY authorized Husqvarna dealer in Tuscaloosa, I was nervous about bringing it there because the reviews were all over the place and after my experience EVERYONE should think twice before doing business here. I pointed out the problem, in the gas tank, that one of the two lines had degraded and a new one needed to be reattached. Me and the guy behind the counter looked at it together, he said no problem. He told me it was gonna be a $20 deposit and that would come off the total bill if it went over the $20. I said great, they would be awesome. He told me they would call in a couple of days. After about a week with no call I called them. They said, Oh, they didnt call you, your ignition coil is bad and its not worth fixing I proceeded to go down there to figure out what was going on. They said the same thing, Ignition coil is bad. I told them it was running fine right before I brought it there (I was literally using it when it sputtered out due to no gas) they said sorry, you need to buy a new one. I was like can I get my old one back and it seemed, by my perception, that they were surprised I asked for it. They brought it out and said thatll be 6 bucks, we fixed the fuel lines. I said ok just take it out of the 20, to which they informed me it costs $20 to just look at it, (this was not that upsetting, but It seemed that there were 2 different stories from when I turned it in to when I took it out) I said ok and paid him. As I looked at my husqvarna I noticed the throttle assembly was all messed up and the stop button was completely missing (both of which there was absolutely nothing wrong with and should not of been messed with). I asked them what was up and they literally stood there and said nothing and was like we cant help you. So yea I was mad, so I left, I get to my truck and look in the fuel tank AND THE PART THEY CHARGED ME $26 TO FIX WAS STILL BROKEN!!!! I couldnt believe it, so as Im going back in, with my husqvarna, this older gentleman was coming out, I asked him if he owned the place he said yes. I then told him that I brought my husqvarna there to be fixed, they busted more and didnt fix it at all. I told him I wanted my money back. He said, You aint getting nothing back I tried to show him the issues and my receipt at which time he told me to get off my property before I call the cops I left after this. I go home called the Husqvarna Corporation to let them know what had happened. She put me on hold and called Northport Power Equipment. After about 5 mins she called me back, informed me that her conversation with them did not go well and she was gonna run my issue up her chain of command. I am currently at this phase and am waiting for the corporate office to fix this issue.These guys are rude, misleading, and seems in my case, to damage your equipment more so they can attempt to sell you new stuff. Youve been warned

Bought 2 mowers, 2 saws and a weed wacker. The clerks and owner are insolent and do nothing to help with answers to simple questions.Cant speak with mechanic to get understanding of problems. Going to go to Fayette next to see if they appreciate my business.
