We traveled 77 miles to continue our home shopping venture. We were greeted promptly, but shortly after things began to go wrong. Dee, our salesperson, who asked a few questions to evaluate our needs. Upon completing that process, she stated that they didnt have any homes under $900/month. She also choose to show us homes using manufactures virtual tour feature on their website. This is something we could have done at home. If we were actually shown the homes, there was a great possibility that we would have increased our budget. This was such a waste of time. We spent 30 minutes looking at a computer screen when we could have done this at home. Well, we went simply moved on to the next dealer who immediately began showing us homes.

Went in on Saturday to get an idea of pricing and financing as my sister and I have never had dealings with mobile homes before. Diera was the sales person on site. She asked a view questions to get an idea of what we were looking at. We were interested in purchasing 2 mobile homes within 6 months. She gave us very little information. She chose what she wanted to show us - not what we wanted to see. She seemed very uninterested and very unwilling to help is get into a mobile home. We were there maybe 30 minutes. The interation left a bad taste in our mouth and we almost didnt go see any other mobile home dealer based on our experience with her. It is a shame because they had some beautiful homes to choose from.. We moved to Regional Homes right down the road, where Mike was helpful, informative and more than happy to show us whatever we wanted to look at. We are now getting pre-qualified for land this week.

Called 7-7-2020 Around 9:30 Lady answered and I asked her the price of a single wide home I saw on the lot over the weekend ( they was closed ) asked for the price and told her I was a cash buyer and was ready to buy immediately. The price she gave me was with set up and delivery, porches and skirting . I told her I wanted it but needed to know the price minus the 4x4 porches ( I want to have my carpenter build a larger porch ) . She said she would call me right back in 20 min or less . Never called and I’ve had others tell me they don’t care of they sell homes or not . Now I believe it .

Bad experience, well 5yrs in and my home is still standing but the underpinnings has seen better days, from what I remember they put my house on my property in a rush and were flying thru the entire process so they could just get done. So far I’ve had to rig up my own stuff so that my underpinning stays upright which involves screws all around my home in different sections of the pinning itself so you Will not see a gap from the bottom of mobile home to the top of underpinning. So I can honestly say I’m very dissatisfied with the effort put forth with building up a pad to place my home on because it’s falling apart daily. And the gaps allowed stray dogs to get under my house while I wasn’t home which as I was trying to get the dog out he got scared and busted out of my underpinning which left a gaping whole in my underpinning in the back but he got back under there before the pound got there and I also have a whole in the front side as well. All this could’ve been prevented if my foundation that my house sits on was made about 2-3’ wider all the way around but now I’ve got problems galore on the North East and West sides of my home

Nice and professional sales lady. They didnt have a lot of inventory, but she made me feel comfortable when I arrived a day late due to traffic issues coming into Tuscaloosa on a weekend.
