We are first time log cabin owners with 1,000,000 questions and Dave was unbelievably patient with us on the phone...literally talked to us for 20 minutes after reviewing emailed pictures. We liked him and his advice so much that we traveled 2+ hours to support him and his product lines. I drove 2 hours to visit this business. It was SO worth the drive. Timeless is very easy to find. That is a plus for me! Let me tell you I was not disappointed in my experience. I was greeted by the owner, Dave, and told him what problems I was having with my log home as far as gaps in the logs, bugs, and the logs needing a nice coat of stain/preservative. I asked so many questions and Dave was very patient in explaining all of the products and materials I would need to complete my project.He helped me figure out how much of each product I would need. He gave me a new caulk gun! Not only that, extra monies off my order. I felt he really appreciated the fact that I made the 2 hour drive to check out their business. I had been perusing their website for the past year trying to decide what products I needed to preserve my home. Thanks so much. In the several times that I have dealt with this business, I have received hands-on, personal care. Last year and then this year again, I have had multiple questions about products and the process of stripping an old oil finish off my log home and replacing it with a perma chink product. Dave has managed very well to field my questions and give me good advice. In the log home product world an owner feels somewhat adrift in the face of all the hype from the competing companies. Dave and Timeles offer GREAT service, a fantastic product (I used the Perma-Chink) and exceptional advice. I completely stripped the stain off my log home and reapplied the PermaChink Ultra-2. It has been 2 years and it is doing great! Time to spray on a bit of a topcoat. No big deal. Thanks Dave!
