Fast and knowledgeable service. Order was ready to pick up (I ordered on line).

Went in yesterday to get a new battery for my sons off brand power wheel which is up at my dads property. The guy working was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will be back for any future battery needs.

Both times I had quick questions, both representatives -- Nolan and Carter -- were professional and courteous. They also helped me out with getting my account set up as a business -- great customer service! Keep up the excellent work!

We had iPhone battery replaced,was quick and phone works better now. If we get another year or so out of this phone it will be well work the money.

My appointment went off as scheduled. Battery was installed and checked out. Service person was capable and polite.

I had my iPhone X battery replaced by them in June. The battery went bad within 3 months. They again replaced it for free under warranty with a different brand battery. That battery also went bad after 3 months. By that time i was out of their warranty window (6 months). They were pleasant to deal with but blamed me. I have had cellphones for 20+ years and had the iPhone for 3 years previously and never had a battery fail so fast. I closely follow Apple’s charging recommendations.So although i am glad they honored their warranty, i cannot recommend them for iPhone batteries. My advice to you would be to stick with apple oem batteries.Edit:Thanks for offering to talk with me. I did not contact batteries plus after the second battery failed (so they did not have a chance to make it right). I instead cut my losses and jus purchased a new phone.Edit2:At same time my iPhone X battery was replaced we had the battery for an iPad replaced. The battery failed 7 months later (1 month after their warranty ran out).

Extremely satisfied with my online appointment for having my phone battery replaced. I arrived on time and within two hours later I had my phone back and at a reasonable price.

I stopped in around 1 pm. Mike was patiently waiting on an elderly couple. Is very compassionate and helpful to these folks. He was the only employee on duty, people started coming in and there was about four customers waiting. He then waited on me know exactly what I wanted and got me out the door.he even took a phone call during this busy time. I consider Mike and asset to your company and a valued employee.I encourage anyone to shop there for their batteries are light bulbs.

Amy Bean was extremely friendly and helpful. After a few days of having my battery replaced, I was having an issue with my battery life (due to no fault of the battery), and Amy was able to walk me through steps that allowed me to fix the issue at home.

Helpful and well suppy

Bought online and picked it up in the store. Saved money too. Friendly service man. Got the email that it was ready for pickup 3 minutes after I ordered it. Got there and it was on counter waiting. Hooked up the Duracell for the lawn mower and it works fantastic. Its a stronger battery than the old one that came with it. 5 Stars

Worst customer experience Ive had in recent memory. I had to pay for a charger and wait two days. I had to run my card through 2x to see approved on the machine. After 2 days my account had 2 transactions on hold. They had the part but were maintaining that both transactions were voided, meanwhile I am frozen out of my money and they wanted me to pay again. They were waiting on multiple customers at the same time and not solving my dilemma. After 45 minutes I left saying if any money comes out my credit union Im calling the Police. Oh, I never got the charger. I came home and ordered one from Amazon for an eighth the price but Im concerned about the plug, thats why I wanted to buy one in person. I will never recommend these people who dont know how to run their charge machine. Id tried to order online from their web site first but it was impossible to find the part there.

The employee who helped me was very helpful and patient. During these difficult times in the world, we were both able to take a few moments and enjoy each others company.

They installed my battery and they were really friendly. I ordered my battery and it was ready right away.

Do NOT buy batteries from this company. They sold us a bad battery and are now giving us trouble with exchanging it. We are well within our warranty and did not expect this to be so difficult. The workers in the store apparently have no idea what theyre doing because we have been told 3 different things from different employees. This has this been a major inconvenience for us and I regret ever shopping there in the first place. I will make sure to tell everyone I know how they run their business. Save yourself the hassle, shop elsewhere.
