I live a block from the store. I very often get my cigarettes and gasoline from this location. Today I went in to get a pack of cigarettes and waited at the counter for about 3 minutes for the attendant to come out of the back room wiping her mouth like she needed to finish her food before I was helped. I then asked for Marlboro mild 100s which I can see on the rack behind her but was denied because that was the display rack which was stocked all the way to the back. Whats the point of having a display rack stocked all the way to the back displaying available inventory but not making it available to the customers. I then let her know that I was sold those cigarettes from that rack a few days ago and she insisted on the employees name or the shift that was working like he was to be reprimanded for good customer service. I know this location has had a hard time keeping employees but if these are the employees that theyre going to keep theyre going to start losing customers.

I was just at the Shell station in Norton Shores, Mi and the attendant Rodderic (spelling may be wrong) was absolutely amazing. I was trying to pump my tire up and was having nothing but issues with the machine and it not reading my credit card or doing anything for me. After he tried to help me in using my cc it was apparent that it wasnt going to work, he then pulled the change from his pocket and said, Here we go Ive got it, we cant have you go through any more! I truly appreciate your help and kindness, thank you again.

Not a single bad experience any time Ive been in there (at least 5 times now). Always clean, pleasant staff, and decent prices. Gas is competing with the BP station across the street so they dont really have super low gas prices or anything like that.

Great except when it says 24/7 it should be 24 fricken 7 cuz I go there and they have the door locked to count a damn drawer for 20 years!!!

Get your gas any way you like it as long as you like it unleaded!

Not the shiniest Shell station, but they have delicious energy drinks for a $1.

The girl working the register didnt get off her phone during the entire exchange. She even made me wait while she plugged her phone in.

Good place for a fast gas fill, but thats about it.
