This was a year ago but I went there to get some large tanks filled and the manager said they do not fill large tanks without an account. He went on rambling about how he used to be at tractor supply and they cannot fill propane in the building. I do not know what that even has to do with buying tanks of welding gas. Maybe he is gone by now. I finally got him convinced every other store sells it except for his store so things might have changed I recommend calling first

The employee at Airgas was so pleasant on the phone when I had to inquire about acetylene tank refills or swap outs. Popped over to get my tank swapped, and he came out to help me get the tank out of my car, was extremely kind, had me in and out of there quickly, and carried the full tank to my car. Great experience. Ill be back!

Friendly staff - I have purchased two CO2 tank for my aquarium. No issues with this site.

What a delightful and unexpected experience - - we were helped by a very knowledgeable and pleasant staff member who was not the least condescending in addressing our naive questions. But what got our attention, most, was the fact that he redirected our thinking (and solution to our problem) away from the obvious and more expensive approach to one that was totally satisfactory and far more economical. In our experience, most vendors look to maximize their profits which, in this case, clearly this store and staff member didnt. An example we hope more will emulate and we further hope will result in more profits, long-term, for this vendor.
