They set my CPAP incorrectly as per the prescription, offered no helpful suggestions, and continue to call and “remind” me that I need to get compliant when I explain every time why I can’t make it through the night. I called to say if you want to be helpful please write a letter to my insurance explaining that you made a mistake and ask them to reset my compliance window, Lynn was adamant that there was no mistake made and shouted that at me when I stated that my doctor disagreed. Do not use Lincare if you want to deal with people who actually care about you getting the care you deserve, they only care about checking boxes for compliance and getting paid by your insurance carrier.
They were helpful and attentive even though I went with a supplier local to me.
