I paid almost $50 a month to have my water delivered for years bc I have a chronic back condition. Recently, they just leave my water outside instead upstairs. The instructions are clear but they seem to be taking in more than they can handle and just leaving my things outside. And that’s exactly where it will stay til they pick it up. But it’s been days because your on hold for 30 minutes then they pick up and hang up. The most terrible customer support and no apology either. So now they reimbursed me the money for he 5 lb water bottles but charged me $14 for a 20 bottle case of water I could’ve bought and Carried up for $5 . They were always bad, and got worse. I cancelled my account but was put on hold again for 20 more minutes and just hung up. No idea what’s going on but the customer service it TERRIBLE!! I’ve been calling for 2 days for them to put up the 4 waters bottles I refuse to carry up and the 5 empties they never picked up. 9 bottles and I live in an apartment!! They are one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with!!
Dont bother with this company at all. They say a delivery has been made via email and text. No one shows up. Two weeks in a row they have no showed. Charge our credit card and then send an email out to tip a driver. Customer service is a joke. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have been a customer here for 20 years and can’t even begin to count how many times they changed the delivery date on me. I moved out of the home I’d been living in for 25 years and tried to contact the company to have the delivery address changed and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone. They say to call them on their website, I called and was waiting 30 minutes and then the line dropped. I then emailed them and received an automated email with no response ever. The only way I could cancel my service was to call my credit card company and tell them not to honor the charge. I would give this company a zero if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM HeRE!
I have had the WORST experience with ReadyFefresh. I need to cancel my membership for my office because we are moving to a new office that we don’t need water for. There is NO way to cancel online & when I sent a ticket to cancel my membership they never got back to me (they said they would after 5-7 business days and never did). THEN when I call to cancel after going through the automated steps it just hangs up on me. I DO NOT recommend.
They continually change my delivery date. This time it was supposed to be Tuesday, then Wednesday, and on and on and now it’s Saturday. 4 days later than the original day. They were in our neighborhood 2 days ago delivering at another house. Don’t know how they’re still in business. Service declined a lot since it was Poland Springs
Customer service is a pleasure to speak with. But their delivery drivers are absolutely horrible! For the past three times I’ve had them deliver water to me they would either leave the four bottles instead of five. And they would not pick up my empties. Another time they left all five bottles outside of my door instead of placing them inside of my porch and picking up the empties. Today I had a delivery driver come to deliver a bottle of water and pick up two empties. He left bottle of water outside of my door and did not pick up my empties. I will be speaking to the manager about this. If this is not correct it I will no longer be a customer of Ready Refresh. I’ve had enough with this and their delivery drivers not doing their job.
Service fine until the last month. 5 times rescheduling over the week. to point they stopped even notifying about rescheduling. Absolutely the worst.
ZERO STARS, They schedule a delivery date, email & call to confirm. The day of delivery they send you an email and change it, NO NOTICE so of course no one was here and then they want to charge a $5.00 fee to call when I cannot change the delivery day online. Oh yes and on hold for 15 minutes, like no one has anything else to do but to wait on hold for YOUR error.
Well am very happy with there water delivery service ive been a customer for quite some time now but I am not happy with there customer service center call line it takes forever to get through if your having an issue with billing or just wanting to adjust your delivery options and now they are charging a 5 dollar fee to use that call in feature which I will not be using at all so your better off using the online website even tho you might need to talk to a real person every now and then regarding something or you just cant do online!
ZERO starts....Delivery to Rhode Island, the driver keeps making mistakes. Today I left 5 empties, and he was supposed to deliver 3 bottles...he took the empties and left NO WATER for me, and I have to water to drink. Called customer service, and she could not do any emergency delivery. Spike to supervisor, and she has no way of tracing the driver, or calling the company responsible to see if they can deliver my water asap. Supervisor said she next delivery will be 5 days, that the best she could do. So, they have no idea who delivers the service, they cant get immediate response from the company that hires the drivers to find out why he did no deliver...I asked her for the company number so I can call them, she said she couldnt give it to me.I am sure that this day and age, they can find out who delivers my water. I am sure they keep track whi works there.Now I have to find a way to get water, when I am currently dont have a car.Very irresponsible of this driver, and the company that do not follow up. Ive been paying a lot of money to Poland Spring for decades, and this is the service I get.
Horrible money hungry company $4.99 just to speak to someone at customer care to change address….. they over charge and mess up deliveries and still charge you.That $4.99 just to speak to someone is BS and they know it what a cheap company charging clients money to speak about services we pay for.

They’re terrible. Always cancelling deliveries without notice (5 times in 4 months)Have tried to reach out to customer service 3 times and they have not replied. They know that we don’t have a lot of options. If they were good the extra would be worth the convenience but your better off getting 5 gallons from the grocery store.
They always change the delivery date without any notices. Never delivery the waters into the right place (they put it outside the building instead). Also, when I apply this service the staff told me that I can cancel it anytime with no extra fee. But it charge me $50 to cancel now. I have a very bad experience with this company. Nothing doing right and still need the customer to follow their contact. This is my first time to deal with this unfair situation. Well, thanks for practice me with that.
Unvaccinated delivery personnel are entering businesses without masks. They seem to be completely unaware of the need to do so. And calling customer service to complain is a 20 minute wait on hold.
I was billed for a delivery that I never received. Instead of Ready Refresh sending me a bill or calling me about a due balance they sent it over to a collection agency. Now I am dealing with a collection agency that is asking for an insane balance to be paid for a shipment of water I did not receive. I have tried to clear this up with Ready Refresh, they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. I have tried to tell the collection agency about the situation and of course they do not care. This is beyond frustrating.

I would give Zero stars if I could. Shut their phones off...missed deliveries... cancelled service and charged $50 fee after being Thanked for 11 years as a customer... never picked up cooler or bottles and no reply to email.

UPDATE: I want to update my last review and after talking to the manager who told me she would email the location that didnt deliver my water and will re scheduled my delivery for march 2, an hour later the water was at my door. I want to thank that manager for whatever she did to correct their mistake, that is the reason I change to 3 stars.
If I could give no stars, I would. It is nearly impossible to cancel the recurring delivery service. There is no option to cancel online and if you call customer service, be prepared to be on the phone for at least 30 minutes convincing the rep that you absolutely want to cancel. Their business practices seem illegal to me.
I hate to leave a public negative review, but this company just about screwed us! First our bill doubled in the time we were a customer, which was approx 1.5years. Second, one of our first deliveries was delivered but no water arrived. The manager did right the situation after calling and calling and being bounced around to a bunch of different people. Our statements never came by mail, unless I called to ask for them. THEN, they sent my account to collections for the water dispenser, AFTER I spoke to someone on the phone that confirmed I was suspending the water service, but renting the water dispenser for $1 a month. I can go to my local grocery store and get the water myself for a lot cheaper. We are in the process of buying a house and my credit getting a whack from these people could have screwed us! Thankfully I caught it quick enough! Then when I called regarding this my account was suddenly missing and they had no recollection of me. Now today I received an email saying they were coming to pick up the water dispenser today, our scheduled date was tomorrow. I give up, and wont miss this headache.The service was generally very convenient for us, and I wish it could work out, but Im done playing these games.
Terrible service! We never receive the correct order, they miss our deliveries often, they increase our pricing every month, and we get double charged every month. I contact them every month and they promise to fix the billing. This is never done and I have to go through the dispute process with my bank every 30 days. Please do not sign up for this water service or you will have to waste time every month fixing all of their mistakes! I finally was able to cancel our service and we are still being double billed every month. Im ready to change our credit card number at this point :(
Absolutely horrible customer service. Just terrible. They could care less about you or if your happy. They just went up on prices so I cancelled. Save way more money buying the water at bjs. They shut off my online account that day. Would not respond to my emails. Could care less about me. Wow. Its no wonder thier rating is 1.6. Go somewhere else.

For all of 2019, I never received an invoice, by mail, fax or email. In March I complained, they never listened to me, but late fees were removed. After trying to call again for months, being on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Using their contact from their website, NEVER getting a return email and chatting, another waste of time. Decided to stop doing business with them, after years of doing business with them. I need time to do my job, not make them do theirs.
I dont know what happened with this company, but its all gone down-hill in the last 2 years or so. I initially was willing to pay extra for the ease of delivery and to utilize recycled bottles vs paying by the gallon and recycling, but now, it costs me DOUBLE to have Poland Spring delivered, vs just going to Market Basket. Sorry, but this isnt a good business model. Not too mention that theyre making me jump through hoops to contact them.
Ive been a customer since it was Poland Spring. When they switched to Ready Refresh, Thats when the service went straight down the drain. I called customer service tonight, it took 27 minutes for someone to answer and when they finally did she sounded like she was lounging on her couch smoking, she sounded high and completely out of it.They delivered 3 bottles AGAIN, instead of 2. I strictly budget my money and all she kept saying is we can skip your next order. When I said that doesnt help me with the bill that is coming for 3 bottles.... its only 12.99 more was her response. I get that. What part of IM ON A STRICT BUDGET dont you understand. I ORDER 2, not 3. Why should I have to pay for your drivers mistake. Like I said, we can skip your next order was her response again, which she repeated 3 more times.... I had to hang up. Hopefully I get a person with a brain and less attitude on the phone tomorrow.
I should give these guys 0 stars, first of all it is pro service for the same 5 gallon water bottles they are already charging premium by 25% compared to the stores outside. now they are trying to make out of every delivery and also they have increased the prices as well .. i have been a customer for 2 years, i was little happy initially, but now they upped the prices 100% compared to 2 years ago. So i am cancelling my service
Service has been fantastic. At first we didnt know how often we wanted deliveries to come. We worked it out and theyve been on the ball. They took our key for the apartment building and walk the water up to the 3rd floor for us...no extra charge. Thanks guys.
I agree with the other 1 star review, I dont leave bad reviews but rarely. This company has gone down hill pretty fast in the past 2 years, the prices have gone up about 80% and the service has declined 60%I ordered a new water dispenser and they picked up my old one today but never delivered my new dispenser. I am on my way out to buy one so my family has spring water to drink during this hot weekend. I canceled all of my services with them and I will buy it myself for 80% less and depend on me not them.
I order on april 4... they send me order confirmation of With email of my order total 49.87$... and when order get deliver they send me invoice of 199.00$ +... 49.87$ already debited from my bank account... today i got email from them, invoice for payment with late payment fee... than i come to know that this is a big scam... their customer support also not listening us... ready refresh cheat with me... they make me fool... i really feel very bad...
In a little over a year the cost of a 5 gallon bottle of water has almost doubled. WITHOUT NOTICE!. i used to pay 11.74$ delivered. Now my bill is 19.94$! It used to be convenient now its just robbery!
Dont even know what to say. Ready Fresh was supposed to deliver to us last Friday. Driver said he couldnt get to our place of business due to an accident up the road. Employees had no problems getting here during that time, plus the driver could have gone up one street to get around the accident. Then promised they would deliver on Monday. No delivery. Promised again on Tuesday. No delivery. Promised delivery for early AM on Thursday. No delivery. Promised by 1:00 PM Friday. No delivery. Now they are saying Monday. Cant get a hold of anyone at the branch. All calls go to a national call center. The past week has been in the high 90s in Eastern Massachusetts. We have been out of water for 3 days and have had to buy bottled water for our 65 employees, from the grocery store. Incredibly poor service.
Took the day off to get dispenser and first order delivered. About 1 hour after the delivery guy left we noticed the dispenser was leaking all over our hardwood floors. Emailed customer service immediately, no one answered after 3 days. Once we gave up and called in customer service did not care that our floors were damaged, or that the unit leaked, their only response was that they could switch it out next week for us. They would not issue a refund or do anything about our floors. We will be contacting an attorney to help us remove money for the damage.
I am highly upset that my deliveries keep getting rescheduled. My delivery has changed 4x and i am so upset i am going to go with another company. This is unprofessional and I refuse to pay more for this. I litterally have no water. This should be unacceptable from any national company. Shame on you ReadyRefresh!
Since Nestle, bought Poland Spring, the service is getting worse by the day. Now you are not allowed to reschedule or add a new delivery. Called customer service, no one could do any changes. It seems somebody in ***** management made a very bad decision and now customers are paying for it.
Cancelled their service due to rising cost of water price, delivery fees and the charge of oil/gas. Now still receiving a bill for a late charge after we paid our final bill
This company is very unprofessional. They missed my delivery 3 times in a row. The 1st time the customer service person I spoke to tried to convince me that I did not have a scheduled delivery. The second time I took a screen shot of the scheduled delivery the day before but still recieved my water 2 days late. In addition to a 3rd delivery being now 3 business days late, they also only credited me for 7 of the 8 return deposits I gave them. Dont use this company if you want your water delivered as scheduled. If you do be sure to check your invoice for mistakes from the amazing autopayment system....

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Constantly re-scheduling deliveries and they refuse to correct an order that they messed up. Canceling and moving to another provider. Save yourself some trouble and dont use this company.

Rescheduled my delivery six days in a row. Made the mistake of calling customer service to see what was going on. Was told there was nothing to be done and she couldn’t guarantee that the sixth rescheduled delivery was going to happen. I cancelled. Horrible experience.
