The setup is a bit weird, but i suppose I would adjust. It isnt near us but is on rt 140 which is convenient. Produce looked ok. Some of the bell peppers had some markings on them.

I love their meat department selection. The Niman Ranch strip steak I bought was the best Ive ever had.

Very pleasant supermarket with friendly and helpful staff. Always very clean and inviting to patrons. Great catering service especially around the holidays. I use it very often for events and celebrations at my home.Two drawbacks, however,. The pricing is higher than all the other supermarkets in the area and it can sometimes be difficult to get a wide array of selections among various products.I like going there because the service is so great.If you can afford and accept those drawbacks its a great shopping experience.

Hi I understand the limit on meat because its hard to get but when your sign says limit 2 packages of beef and pork products and I try to buy 2 lbs of ground beef because its on sale Im told I can only buy one when the sign clearly stated 2 packs. Im outraged because meat is hard to come by and I have a family of 7 so I need at least 2 lbs to make a meal yet I can buy the hamburger you have overpriced for 2 packs you shouldnt put the meat on sale if youre not going to allow ppl to buy it i dont think you are taking into consideration people that have large families I wont come here for meat anymore!

Very clean store in a good location. Prices are a little higher, however sales are very good. Different things than other stores, which is nice. Havent gotten a lot of there brand yet, but looking forward to trying. Very friendly, helpful staff. Always someone around to help.

Awesome Roche Bros right down the street from HUB PARKOUR! Has prepared foods and obviously a huge grocery. Service is excellent and the staff are quick and great. They also have beer and wine here which is clutch!

Smaller supermarket with a down-home feel. Great quality meats with a butcher section if you want more personal service. Store has a good selection of grocery basics, produce, deli, and seafood. Wine and beer are also available. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Im leaving this review only for Sean. He did such amazing work for my wedding. I dont know how he managed to put together such beautiful art work. I had no idea what I wanted but Sean knew. I was so last minute and he managed to put together my look and udeas into my wedding and make my night beyond perfect.

Strong selection of fruits and vegetables that all seemed very fresh. Nice display. The meats and deli were also nice with a large variety of pre-made selection of deli dishes. I liked that the meat section has hormone free offerings. There are enough cashiers so I am never waiting long in the check out line. A larger selection of organic foods would make it five stars.

Food and store are excellant but dont use the bathrooms. They are disgusting. Looks like the womens has not been cleaned in a month. Hubby said mens room was just as bad. Makes me think what does the back room and storage area look like.

A go to supermarket...Its close, its nearby....Seafood is reasonable...The veggies always fresh...The flower dept always creates wonderful bouquets.

Roche Bros is always fantastic, but a little on the pricey side. You get what you pay for: quality and good customer service. Also, this Roche Bros doesnt carry sushi like the other RBs. Its a little smaller than your standard Roche Bros.

The grocery selection is kind of stuck in 1998. Most mainstream grocery stores have a solid selection of organic options. This store has a handful of surprises that are organic (i.e. french fries). But mostly the choices are pretty conventional.

I have been using the Norton store for home delivery for several months now. I used to use PEAPOD, but the selection of organics is better at roche bros so I tried switching. They have double charged me and thrown my account into overdraft in the past after a long discussion where I was told that would not happen, after THEY messed up my order.They have messed up order after order. They cant handle a modified cart if you order online, they WILL NOT PACK THE ORDER CORRECTLY. Their employees have cursed at me (told me to F*** off when trying to discuss issues and not allowing them to be disrespectful). They have delivered $40 worth of things to the wrong person, having put the wrong name tag on food from my order and didnt deliver it for 24 hours and did nothing to make up for the inconvenience despite my being very friendly and patient with them. Even the manager is rude. Today someone said whatever to me after they messed up my order yet again and I was explaining how many times this had happened and the fact I wanted my order cancelled and I wouldnt be ordering from them anymore and hung up on me.Ive spoken to the manager at LEAST six times for different issues (order not arriving at all and not showing up for hours, my account being double charged for ONE ORDER because they messed up), there was an order that was hours late and they tried to tell me they had no record of it and tried to blow me off, I had to explain someone had already called to confirm the order that morning and that I received the e-mail stating that my order was ready. It took them hours to find it, they had packed it onto the wrong truck and they were very late delivering it and didnt care or do anything to make up for the hassle or even APOLOGIZE TO ME for trying to insist I hadnt ordered at all. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. They dont seem to care at all about their customers. They are rude regardless of how calm and polite you are when they are the ones messing up. I wasnt very polite this last time as I lost my temper, Ive had it with them dismissing me. The manager literally said to me today that it wasnt his fault the order was messed up and I had to point out that hes responsible for the behavior of his staff and the mistakes they keep making. The manager doesnt hold anyone accountable and literally doesnt care if his employees mess up and are horribly unprofessional and rude.Just an update, they charged my bank account after I cancelled and told me they would not be putting the money back until the next day. Leaving me no food or water (knowingly) and my cats without food. It is now the next day and the money still has not been replaced to my account. I havent eaten in over 24 hours and I am sick and furious. Ive had to contact my bank over this.I will NEVER do business with them again. I am currently in the process of speaking to someone higher than the manager because the way their employees and manager have handled me repeatedly, especially this time around, is astounding. I dont know how these people stay in business.Dont bother with their home delivery!! Its a MESS and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL for the messes that they create. Their manager couldnt care less about the integrity of his store or his employees and the services offered. I never have to deal with this when I order from Peapod so Ill be bringing my business to them from now on.

Employees arent very helpful, rude even. Many of the employees and regular customers are quite snobish and rude. They are very over priced. Every time Ive gotten anything remotely exotic from their fruit department its rotten inside.
