Office employees treat you horribly. Ruth is extremely disrespectful and overall the worst person to be put in an office manager position. All the HR managers are a awful. I’ve watched all the office people treat staff so poorly it’s sad. They don’t pay you your last well deserved pay check when you no longer work there. Half the staff doesn’t work a full shift and leaves midday. They really need a union here to lift up and support employees.

Pretty sad advertising that you need people so bad but always skip over one person who has applied so many times and would blow your mind on what a great worker he is but will hire people having overdoses like its nothing for sure dont trust any car parts made by people nodding out

From a truck driver side the Shipping/Reciving they’re freaking awesome!!!!! The 2 guys I dealt with loading my truck were freaking cool and nice!!!! Didn’t take long to load my truck!!!!!

Filled an app out never got a call back always losing people can never get a reply on an application that I filled out about a week ago they dont like to talk to people

The company it’s self is a very good company, but HR sucks and they do NOT treat every employee the same as they should!!!

Borgers is a German company they been around for 150+years. Its not a bad place to work but pay does need to increase the starting paid is $13 an hour with is better than fast food. If interest in working here youll have to be able to put u-nuts on wheel liners not hard at all but it will hurt your fingers at first. Hours for first shift is 6am to 2pm 2nd shift is 2pm to 10pm 3rd shift is 10pm to 6am. If you get a office position your hours are 7am or 8am to 3pm I think. I recommend people to come and work here. If your wondering borgers does not have a work union.

Not a great place to work imo. all the other reviewers saying its the best or its great are clearly on crack. You are literally working 7 days a week/mandatory overtime, no days off unless its a holiday or there is no OT, that is if the machines run smoothly all week, which they dont. There are alot of breakdowns. They just took away everybodys raises for 2019. Bi weekly pay. woo buddy a $900+ check every 2 weeks. they force your 401k and medical benefits on you right when you start. people drop like flies in the summer because of how hot it is and lack of ac. All of this and they thank you for your service. this is just a place to a get a few paychecks to get you on your feet for a better job. high turn over rate. dont bother.

They bumped me to second shift after I told them I could not work second and the were other people who were under me that could of worked second so now a mother of 4 had to quit because they refused to find someone else to work second
