They bribe for reviews by offering free gifts if you leave them a 5 star review, so do not trust the 5 star reviews.1. They overcharge for everything. Window tinting for just 3 windows is nearly $600 if you go ceramic. All other places at most will quote you $300. Another example is a radio antenna. You can find them for $30 or less just about anywhere. They want to sell the same one for $120.2. Theyre two faced. They will change their pricing depending on who you talk to and if you threaten to walk away.3. They conduct illegal practices. They will charge you to make an appointment lets say two weeks out. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, even if its weeks in advance, they will reject your refund request. This is illegal both federally and in California. I suggest you call your bank and file a complaint with the attorney general like I did.

Old white guy at front desk was extremely rude and didn’t show interest in providing information I needed. He was very short and had a smart attitude. He shouldn’t be working customer service with his attitude. Do not speak to him if you come in, he’s lucky I have patience to be spoken to like that.

100% recommend this place, got a good deal on Hid lights and for my other car got ceramic tint and stereo installed. Ask for luis, great guy and customer service.

I went in to get tire & wheel packages for my 3 cars. Absolutely terrible & ghetto customer service, i felt like I was just arguing with the representative to understand their sale? He kept cutting me off so bad we did not even talk about actual pricing and I couldn’t help but just walk out on the spot. false advertising on their sales Don’t waste your time or money coming here. They 100% lost mine, Taking my business where they actually appreciate it

Headed over to sounds good because they advertised on my Facebook page. when you get there you got to pay attention to that right turn you might wind up on the freeway first then make a right. They have great customer service deer and a lot of things to offer you for your car and financing is no problem they give you a year to pay it. Reason I went over there pioneer limited edition d series component speakers. I got in I got out before I got sidetracked with all the other deals and steals they had on the wall and displayed on floor.

BEWARE! DON’T GO HERE! They caught my attention with all the adds on IG so I tried them out. I went to have my lift, wheels and tires for my f150. Shopped around and these guys had me come in to get quote. My mistake I didn’t get it in writing because we were there in person. They quoted me $5500 to beat the other stores I had quotes from for $6100. I financed and was approved for 6k so ASH (the manager) tried to get me to spend the extra $500 to use all of the credit available. I declined, low and behold I get my credit statement come to find they had added $450 so I called and spoke to ASH. He said it was because of taxes. Mind you when I went to get a quote from him he said “I’m losing money on this trust me I’m not charging you taxes to get it to $5500” he said he will look into it and I never heard anything else from him about it.Again make sure you get every single word in writing! I had asked for the same size wheels, tires and lift I had on my last truck all the way down to the offset of a negative 1. Everything was “no problem you got it” then I get my truck back and I notice rubbing. ASH had the guy cut the front a little and said if it continues to rub call me come back I’ll fix it. So I call to come back because at this point it’s gotten sever you could hear it rubbing and tearing at the wheels and lining of the truck and I go under to take a look and the wheel itself trades NEGATIVE 13 offset. ASH said no no that’s what you wanted. Even when I disagreed and explained to him that it was now damaging the tires and truck he said it’s not his problem. The job was done and the truck was in my possession now. I was baffled at his response and asked him again. Are you going to make this right because you and I both know what was truly discussed and he said no.Terrible customer service, dishonest, rip off, rude and bad work.

Man this shop is hands down professional and the whole staff is knowledgeable. Ash and Moe helped me with any question I had. I went and had my windows tinted (Ceramic Tint) and then decided to go with sound system ( JL Audio) big freaking difference. 🤔🥳👍

Never going there again. They 3 people there werent wearing any masks at all and sat behind the counter on the computers. No greeting what so ever upon entering the store nor any offer of any help. When I approached the counter the guy asked what I needed I told him and he wouldnt even get out of his chair and kept talking to me while still on the computer (very rude) I inquired about prices on an installation and seemed liked he was bothered with the questions. I will never return there and took my business elsewhere.

I was recommended here and I spoke with Luis, he was very knowledgeable and friendly from the start. I had some LEDs installed on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee and also got some tint done at the same time.The work was done fast and on time, I was out of there before I knew it. I would highly recommend this place.

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. I expected decent service since I read the reviews beforehand, but was totally wrong! First and foremost upon entering the location do not expect to be greeted, I’d understand if the location was busy but a total of 4 men sat behind the counter and no one greeted us. I am not sure if the employees are knowledgeable on the services they provide but they don’t seem comfortable speaking to customers therefore they make the whole situation very uncomfortable. We approached an elder man with glasses since he was the only one who seemed friendly, however each response he gave was very short and vague. I felt like I had pull the words out of him in order to make him speak. One thing I did notice is that they are quick to mention how you are going to pay. Other then that, you won’t get much information. BEWARE and come at your own risk.

First time I went was the last. Window tint film: went in there to get my windows tinted and they told me to get a higher quality tint but ofcourse it cost more. After the warranty expired the tint started to bubble on my rear windshield. I had to take it off myself. The rear passenger tint started to flake while removing it along with the rear windshield. High quality tint wouldnt have gotten messed up this quick so I found out then and there that they lied when they said they were installing higher quality tint. ​You are better off going to the tint places they have on alameda...prices are not that bad and I never had a problem with my tint going there.The people in this place are looking to see how much money they get out of you. I understand its business but they will lie to you if they see they can hustle you so I highly recommend to not waste your time and money there.

Very disappointed. I saw an add on their instagram with a coupon that offered a Pioneer car stereo and 4 speakers of the same brand. I got there and showed up a coupon but they gave me just 1 paid of a different brand and I asked “wait I thought it was 4 speakers” and they told me that it was changed not so long ago. Yet I still payed the $150 plus tax which was about $165. The only good thing I got from there was the car radio. If they are want to change certain deals, that’s fine but I think it would be nice if they would post it on the social media where customers could find you or follow you for updates. Yes I still paid but I am never coming back to that place.

Walked in there with my husband and son, 2 men sitting upfront neither greeted us. We stood inside for about 10 mins one other person walks in and at least he acknowledges me but doesn’t say anything else neither. Poor customer service walked in there with intention of purchasing a sound system for my truck. Never again!

One thing for sure is that you better be ready to pay upfront. First time going to this spot,Ill be honest, Ash gave me a deal that was not too bad from the first offer i had from Moe. I would say maybe they need some better communication with customers on updates on product when it not in stock and scheduling appointments. They had order a kit for my radio and it nearly almost took a month to get it and on top of that I had to call to get updates. It was not a good first experience at all. Overall on the installations,its clean work Im glad I was able to work things out with Ash. Ash is good at what he does. I have another install coming up so hopefully it will be better.

It was a mistake coming to this spot.They said I had a year warranty but saying I need to pay for them to do a check. Really ? Radio keeps cutting off and on after a pump on the road I know it’s the connection not my speakers.

Went in for a quote, ram 1500. I was told the intalling kit was $599 Just for the wiring harness and dash trim. He said because if you want to retain steering wheel controls is very expensive, but i have no steering controls in my vehicle, he said it didnt matter. I needed that kit just to be able to install an aftermarket radio. With a little research I found the installing kit cost $75. And paid $24 to be shipped ready to plug and play with the new radio. I probably saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars.. buyer beware.. do some research before you spends too much money on things you dont need.

Very knowledgeable staff. They have all the major aftermarket sounds to choose from. The prices were good as well. My go to shop for quality sounds. I didnt need installation services but they do offer them if you need it.

Dropped off my 2001 Jeep XJ to get a double din head unit installed and replacing all the stock speakers. No one else was willing to work on my Jeep because you have to cut into some of the plastics behind the mount but the guys here said they would do it. Will post a follow up review later when I pick it up.

Excellent customer service! I had a Viper vehicle alarm installed on my not so common vehicle. I had to bring it back a couple of times for some fine-tuning. Each time I returned, the staff was very accommodating and fixed it on the spot without having me wait for another appointment. They matched the price of another authorized Viper dealer to get my business. I was impressed by their excellent service so I had my windows tinted there as well. The window tint is perfect and Im very happy with my purchases. I will definitely do business there again.

Left dust pockets, sloppy line up on ceramic tint. Payed top dollar and had to come back and they still didnt fix it. Didnt even bother coming back to redo the front because they left large scratchs practically across the whole windshield. On top of that they act nonchalant like its all good after you pay. Literally could have done a better job myself. Thanks for nothing.now I know.

I had such a great experience with Lewis . I bought a dvd system for my girls in my van and came back Several times to get help on connecting my tv to my phone to play Netflix, you tube etc. I finally got all the right devices and thanks to Lewis and soundz good now my girls are happy with their tv system. Stay clear of these guys! Scam Artist/crooks, they comment saying go talk to management and the management still lies. They also talk there little language under there breath.That dude Luis tries making his yearly bonus and changes the original price. Over the years the management has gotten more shady evertime i go there. Dont waste your time listening to the responses from management that comment back! Just take the loss like i had to! Not sure how all these people are giving these guys good reviews!

Over priced, rude service, they will pressure you to buy there over priced items and lie that they are giving you a deal, do not finance with them they will up the prices as well. Go elsewhere it is not worth it.
