Very unfortunate. I attempted to support these guys during these times because I assumed more business wouldnt hurt. So I ordered a lot of masks and some hats. The hat came in, it was the wrong one. No problem right? I point out the mistake and instead of trying to rectify the problem, she just says so you dont want it. Lol the masks, that were not cheap, unfortunately appear to be made in a hurry. Every size is different, the ear loops arent the same size so the mask is crooked. I asked for emblems in the corner. They were like silk-screened instead of threaded and put on before the mask was made. So after the masks are all folded up and stitched together, you cant see the emblem I paid for. Its just all around unfortunate that I lost my money and they lost a customer. If you shop there, be very very very detailed or youre not getting what you want. Respect included.Edit; Tried to politely get the masks fixed and was told it would be another $70 to fix their mistake. Mind blown.
