Very impressive great gentlemen on your floor different story at checkout there about 6.15 PM Friday October 29 your cashier and helper was so rude both need an attitude ajustment I bought over $300 and did appreciate how my daughter was treated.

I’ve pretty much got everything, to the point where I was more than glad to drive from Long Island New York up for a bottle of the Whistler’s Irish cream. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to check out and pretty good speed as well. Would definitely make the drive again if need be.

Very big liquor store with an endless selection of any type of alcohol. Competent and quick consultation including tasting. Prices are competitive and they offer good deals for bigger events.

This store has literally everything you need plus everything you could ever dream of! An excellent selection, reasonable prices, and unbeatable customer service make this my go to spirits store.

As a child, walking into FAO Shwartz is something out of a dream...gigantic teddy bears and RC planes above your head...lights and colors and so many toys!As an adult this is kinda like that but with pretty much any type of liquor, beer or wine you can imagine. They used to have tastings pre-covid, theres a snack section and bar stuff if you need, and yea, liquor! You can check their website to see if they have things in stock if you are looking for something specific, or if you just want a virtual looksie. Being there in person is pretty awesome though..its big.

I hardly ever give 5 stars but this place has it all. Every wine, liquor and beer option imaginable. Service is great and the staff is very very knowledgeable. Weekends are pumping with tastings and an open bar tasting station. An awesome place but dont forget to support your local smaller shops.

I go there all the time, before I went home I decided to stop and grab a bottle of wine, I so happen to be with my daughter (3 years old ) . Brought her in the store with me and didnt think anything of it . Shortly after the cashier told me she couldnt check me out because I was with my daughter. This never happened before so for now on Ill just take my business somewhere else

By far the best selection and customer service of anywhere in the area. Prices sometimes tend to be a little higher than around, but well worth the extra few dollars for the selection and service.

Place has a wide selection and prices are competitive. The staff is very friendly and give good advice, but sometimes you just want to walk and look around and see there selection. This is my third time there. I bought some burbon and left.

Great selection, great pricing. Dont ask the associates for advice. They will always steer you to a spirits direct product which is their private label and while usually cheaper, though never the best product or best value. Their winery direct wines are usually a little bit better value.

Huge selection of beer, glasses and other accessories. Cashiers are very friendly. However, they have a huge sign stating they are suing the state on pricing. Who cares? Consumers shop locally for convenience and service. Their lawsuit is self-serving and will only help put the mom and pop shops out of business.

If you want beer, or especially cold beer drive down the street to World of Beverages. you will have a much better chance of getting the beer you want actually cold having a better selection and arent miserable and hate their job as well.

If you can’t find it here, you pretty much won’t find it anywhere. Lots and lots of everything. Didn’t have much time to shop, yet an impressive display of goods, with knowledgeable staff on hand to field questions.

Wonderful selection of whiskeys, especially bourbons. A huge selection of Californian cabernet wines; most are under $20 per bottle. There is also a wide variety of craft beers. I will definitely go back.

This is the most amazing liquor store I have ever seen!! Its like a high-end supermarket for alcohol!! They have EVERY kind of wine, whiskey, vodka, rum, etc. There are soooo many craft beers! A walk-in keg area! A cigar humidor! You can find all the mixers and bitters you could ever want! There are even glasses, gift bags, cozees and more. I could spend hours in there discovering new things!!! Wow.

Its worth the short ride up the Merritt to exit 40 because their selection is the largest Ive found in the area.The best part of the shopping experience is not walking the isles, its their online shopping. Youre able to prioritize your wine searches based on expert reviews, customer reviews, price, etc. I always chose expert reviews where they are rank scored, then select the ones in my target price range. BTW, their prices are low. If someone beats their price on an item, its not by much and not worth giving up the selection and shopping ease.The app lets you save different lists so you can quickly choose from them when ordering in the future.You pay online. Usually you can pick up the same day if you order before 3. You can do curbside pick up if you dont want to go into the store.I usually bring a printout of my order and quick check the order before leaving the store. Last pickup was for 4 single malt scotches, 2 Champagnes and 2 bottles each of 20 different wine selections. No lines at pick up counter. Order neatly arranged in 4 boxes. No person to person contact. Great if your 73 and worried about Covid. I did pop into their well stocked cigar room near the pick up counter. Was still In-and-out of store in 10 minutes.PS. When selecting wines I never check the box Allow Vintage Substitution. A different year grape harvest my not earn the same critic ranking of say 93 as the wine you originally specified.

I found someone to help me very quickly and when they didnt know a lot about Scotch they found me someone who did in seconds. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I told him my b preferences and he knew several options. He didnt try to upsell me and in fact found me a much better Scotch, at a better price point. I ended up really liking the Scotch they recommended when I got home and Im glad I took his advice.When I went to pay the line seemed long but it moved very quickly. The woman who rang me up was so pleasant I found myself walking out with a smile despite an otherwise tiring day.I wish customer service was like this everywhere.

If you are into every wine and liquor available, this is the place. There are competent people to assist you every step of the way with about question you may have. It is like a giant playground with supervision for those that may want to try something out of the ordinary but still find that old faithful friend. There are gifts available, advice, and best of all you can order online and pick up your order at the service booth if you are in a hurry. Im not a big drinker but I never missed the opportunity to visit this place. I love it!

This place is amazing! Total Wine is an enormous store with a very large selection of wines and spirits. Everything is very well organized and the staff is so pleasant and knowledgeable. They have everything from inexpensive items to high end wines and spirits. Even hard to find wines. Great experience. I highly recommend them - whether you are doing bulk shopping for a party or event or whether youre picking up something special.

Terrible service. I would give 0 stars if possible. 3 adults (37, 28, 25) and my teenage niece (since we had to drop off afterwards). They refused to sell us anything because my niece was underage. If we had been three 21 year olds with an underage minor... I would get it then... but ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve saw people with strollers and young children get stuff easily... are they going to ask for their kid’s ID? Lunacy. Took our business elsewhere and never coming back.
