Where do I begin?! The entire experience starts off by pushing a toy shelf to enter a ‘secret passageway!’ Then you walk through a walkway of colorful leaves, a 3rd floor view of the 1-95 highway and into a light mist of water. When you walk into the hidden part of the store, there are so many different options of activities presented to you. We chose to paint a dinosaur piggy bank! There are a ton of toys and random games/ kid-friendly tools for kids to play with! I will be back soon! FYI; it’s better to plan and schedule your activity and time, because they’ll give you a discounted rate.

This store is awesome! The front looks like a regular store then you go through a secret door that leads to an awesome kids area! You pay $10 per person to reserve but that is given to you in a card that you can use inside. They also sell ice cream that is super delicious!

Five stars to the store itself but there’s a down side, yesterday I went to this store and apparently you can’t pay with cash nor gift cards there as well? I’m confused a bit- is it because of Covid or… the lady who I tried giving my money to was just being rude.

This store is an amazing spot for kids. We love it so much and definitely will be back. It’s also an awesome place to bring a group if you need to do a birthday party during Covid. The counselors are amazing and run everything, the small fee you pay to get in per child ( $10) Can be used toward purchasing a craft for the kids to make. They have 60 or 70 different crafts to choose from and the counselors to take care of everything and clean up the mess. The counselors that were extremely helpful and amazing for us today were Kimberly, Anna, and Linda. You make the reservation online, but I called ahead and told them we were coming. Definitely recommend!

This store is outstanding! I used to bring my son here before covid and we went back about a week ago l. We loved shopping for toys but now it’s a complete creative hands-on experience. There’s tie-dye, spin art, trolls music room, and more. The male staff is welcoming and wonderful. “Camp counselor” Nick made our time in the store amazing. He helped us with the activities, along with showing us around the new place. Great place. Definitely recommend!

Terrence made what could have been a routine trip to the ice cream counter memorable and engaging. He offered us samples, smilies, and warmth. What a treat- thank you, Terrence!

I love this store, such a cool interactive experience and a really great mix of products! My husband and I were shopping today and Terrence checked us out. While it was a fairly brief interaction, Terrance was so friendly and helpful that it made my whole day. I asked to confirm his name just so I could write this review about him. I cant wait to visit Camp again soon!

This is a perfect example of a store that post-Covid- has done it wrong. Pre-Covid- 5 stars. Amazing. Post Covid- you need a reservation at the cost of $20 to enter the store. If you don’t have a reservation- you wait for 20 minutes at the front while the employees don’t pay attention to you, joke about one hooking up with the other (seriously in front of kids), and then get told you can head back whenever.Upon going in the back, if you are there shopping your child (who is 3), is told they can’t touch anything- the car, the slides, the dance room. We had an employee follow us around and kept telling my son what he could and couldn’t interact with as we didn’t pay $20.The only reason I am giving 2 and not 1; the toy selection is great. I took notes and ordered from Amazon. This place deserves to shut down based on how they treated us. Oh, and when I asked to speak to a manager- the manager came out and told me to take it up with corporate and walked away.

So today i went into camp with my husband. We have came to camp many times before, and always had a good experience. My husband and i love the magic door. Once covid ended we went to store and had a great time the magic door was still open. So today when we go in, there are two other family and one employee and the store is very dead. My husband tried to open the magic door and go into the rest of the store. Well apparently the it was shut down and we need a reservation. Now that fine covid has changed a lot of things. What i didnt appericate was the employee who start YELLING AND BERATING my husband because he opened the door and walked through i the hall way. He is a veteran with hearing damage he cant hear when someone says something to him from behind. The employee instead of defusing the situation allows other customers to verbally insult my husband this is DISGUSTING! its a toy store that should be dun and the employee only made us feel unwelcomed and upset

This store is amazing! It doesnt look like much when you approach it, but the secret door leads to something very cool! We probably spent 45 minutes in there exploring. Tons of things for kids to do and explore within the store. A very cool experience and unlike any other toy store Ive ever been to. Will definitely be back!

This is the best toy store in Fairfield, it’s more of a kids amusement park! There’s a hidden door where 90% of the store is.
