Norwalk Ohio goodwill has hit a new low selling United States postal shipping boxes That are free and are against the law to resell it even States that right on the Box . it is also a federal crime to resell USPS shipping Materials. They do not belong to you and you are misusing you are misusing free donations It is a violation of federal law.

Seems like everything is picked over and everythings bottom of the barrel in this store. The restrooms are closed to the public. Get over the covid scare. Its 1 in 10,000 chances of getting covid from services or maybe your restroom are just too dirty wont be back.

This Goodwill looks very nice from the outside, so I was excited to check it out. It’s okay. There are tons of women’s clothes, but I feel like this may be one of those locations that picks through all of the good/“like-new” stuff and only racks the dingy, old clothes for customers. In several racks of clothing, I couldn’t find one blouse, tank top, sweater, or pair of pants that looked high quality or in good condition. Most items racked were Walmart/budget store brands and in poor condition. Every Goodwill I’ve ever been in (which is many throughout the US) has had at least some nice clothing in it but this had none. I was very disappointed. Toddler clothes section was also very disappointing. I feel like this store, however, was very well-organized and the employees were very kind.

I like Goodwill in Norwalk good selection. Nice people working great prices lol got 5 pair name brand jeans and a flannel shirt for $30 cant get that at the mall 🙂

I drove miles to get here because there was a item that needed a home when I got there they said because it was a certain color and wasn’t pulled of shelve I couldn’t purchase it. Oh we’ll definitely not worth it.

Friendly staff, clean store, & we always find something cool when we make our way over here. Well definitely stop back when were in the area!

I would like to report that i was treated bad from a worker there named Bonnie im never coming back to this store she talked down to me and then i heard her and another worker laughing really loud and i assume they were talking about me because i am not white like they are . i dont understand how someone can treat a customer poorly with no respect or professionalism . just because someone is a different color then you are doesnt mean you have the right to be rude to them and treat them different

Store was clean and organized however had a pair of boots with my selections, price on boots said $5.29 was super excited because they were exactly what I needed! Got to the counter and somehow the tag just suddenly mysteriously disappeared. Told the worker they said $5.29 and she scoffed and said “there’s no way we would price these at $5.29”, so basically calling me a liar. Told us she couldn’t sell them to me and that they couldn’t hold them for me, even though on the floor I overheard another staff member saying they could hold items for 24 hours. Ha! Yea, beware!

Nice clean place and nice people. You should be ashamed of the prices you charge poor people when you get all your inventory free though. You are given the publics trust and you repay them by charging the people they intended to help retail often. Do better.

NEEDS Better Management, Managers with little to no experience in retail or running a business, Extremely high prices. Used to not be this way but I think theres new management now doing a lot of the pricing. They have $99.99 on fleece jackets. $199.99 on a replica small chest. $59.99 on several jackets $99.99 on an a Cleveland Indians jacket.. I could sit here all day prices are ridiculous on donated Goods free to you what is a matter with these goodwill lately? It seems Goodwill is basically just a retail thrift store profitable and they forgot really what Goodwill was all about . Think twice before donating to this store . Better off just putting it in a church sale or giving it to your neighbor.

I was at this Goodwill. I had my mask down praying over all that were in the store. The store associate demanded that I put my mask up. I explained that I always pray with my mouth uncovered according to the Bible. I was thrown out. We have no religious rights at this Goodwill. I will not return.

Cashier forgot to ring me up for 2 items. When i came to get them there was a lot of confusion but manager was great and got to the bottom of everything.

I have a medical condition and cant wear a mask and required to wear one there. Well they lost 4 peoples business today. Its not a law to wear one especially if you have a medical condition.

Was treated rude at check out, Bonnie was the name on the sales receipt . Almost tripped over the floor mates out front when leaving store, the door greeter was very friendly and very nice its a shame he has to work in such a hostile environment. Prices seem extremely overpriced especially for clothing when Walmart is just less than a mile down the road.

Staff need additional trading on customer service. Have had multiple rude interactions. Item I selected had no price tag, they told me they couldn’t sell it until the next day. Called the next day to see if it was back on the floor. It wasn’t until an hour and half later than they said it would be. Because they new I wanted it, they marked it $5.00 more than other same like items. I won’t be shopping at this location again but will go to Heron where I am always treated respectfully as a customer should be!

Always clean bathrooms and, friendly help. They put newer stuff out hourly unlike any other.

Nice touch with the greater. I enjoy the clean floors. All workers are here to help me with questions.

Rude, condescending staff. Our cashier made it quite apparent she had better things to do than ring us out. This is the most disorganized store to shop. Clothes were mixed in with other genres, mismarked, and just seemed to be placed wherever was closest or fit. Housewares was so jumbled that you literally had to scour each shelf to find anything of interest. The icing on the cake was to discover that they did not honor coupons or stamp cards from adjoining counties. I will definitely not be returning.Also, they had a 4 piece used patio set marked at $299.99. Seriously? I thought this was a thrift store. Not to mention it was most likely not that much new and I could go to the local hardware and buy a NEW set for less money! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

I like it and you *can* find good deals but also many overpriced items, including modern items (ie, neither vintage nor antique) that cost more at Goodwill than brand new. Like canning jars, plain old utilitarian off brand costing more used without lids than brand new, and adult clothing is overpriced. $4.29 for many tees they categorize as blouses. Ive also seen DollarTree items priced for more at Goodwill. Baby clothes are a good price there. Many housewares and etc. Worth it to check now and then but also find myself laughing at ridiculous pricing- whoever is in charge needs to get out more and remember used is supposed to be less, not more.

This place is a joke. My mom has a medical reason not to wear a mask. She kickers my mother out because she didn’t have a mask. Never going there again

The guy who collects donated stuff always has a big attitude. Dropped off loads of stuff in good condition, and asked repeatedly is this all after each box we brought in from the car. Then rejected a piece of furniture because of a small blemish and grumbled about writing tax receipts. Cmon Goodwill man dont take your missed life dreams and opportunities out on strangers.

Great hidden finds, however they have turned to looking at eBay auction prices a worldwide Market. Good finds at a decent price are extremely hard to find anymore at Goodwill almost everything is overpriced badly.
