Brought in a client to shop with their Walmart gift card that he regularly uses. We went threw self checkout when the card didnt work. We had to go stand in a long line again so a cashier could type in our rejected receipt. That happened the previous Monday. Both times we had to wait for another worker that showed them what to do. This is very inconvenient. My clients have stuff to do.. Please fix the gift cards.

Need more cashiers working at the same time. Too long of lines. A lot of self check out available. I was a paid cashier so why should I have to do it for free.? Hope they found an extra person to put back my groceries. Thats right. You lost a big sale.

I know everyone needs a Walmart in their lives but we also need to remember that all the small businesses need customers too! So please go to them for the stuff that you can. I never buy anything from here unless its an average item that saves you money. You can get things for around the same price at local stores. Also, what multi billion dollar business doesnt have tap pay? Walmart thats who!

Easy to find the products we were looking for. Self checkout was simple and easy to use.

Store fairly clean. However, prices way up and several departments dont have enough of a selection. Isles are empty in several different locations throughout the store.

The increase in self checkout definitely doesnt help when they are mostly down.

Dont like having my receipt check. Unless you see someone shoplifting you should leave them alone.

This Walmart location in Norwalk is great. So far, all my interactions with the staff have been pleasant and efficient. The store is clean and organized as well.

People who work there dont know where things are. Asked 3 different people for something since this is the 2nd time within a yr they change and moved things...spent 30 minutes in there for 4 items and couldnt have 3 I needed.

We live in Perkins Twp. and I make the drive to this Walmart 9/10 times because of how clean and well stocked it is compared to the other Walmart down the street. I lived in corporate headquarters in Arkansas for a few years and even the Walmart stores there weren’t nearly as neat as this one. Customer service is excellent and I always am able to find what I’m looking for. Excellent!

Walmart is good inside. Clean and such I do grocery pick up one a week or every other week because my child is immune compromised. The last 3 times they are not even looking at what they are grabing it got moldy bread twice and molded potatoes and this time just yesterday I got a bunch of other peoples orders along with molded oranges for my kids to eat . I will not be doing grocery pick up with them anymore Ill go to sandusky where I usually get fresh non moldy items. Ridiculous. Your getting paid to do a job freaking do it right.

Walmart is always okay. They have what you need but if you can find it. Tjey have curbside pick up which is a plus.The layout is illogical and some seasonal items seem to be hidden. Definitely prefer Meijer or Kroger. Kroger has curbside too.

The shopper employees are ridiculous.The past 2 times we have been in this store, they completely take over the Isles making it impossible to pass especially when they socialize with one another. The young lady today was on my heels! Very uncomfortable. Was waiting for her to hit me with the cart. We all know the feeling of a shopping cart on the back of the heelCan you suggest a better time to shop?

People dont take time to share good experiences at Walmart. I also get greeted, through times when people would rather sit at home and get paid for doing zilch these people and especially those in lawn & garden and the cust.service dept. are very informative and respectful!

The most unprofessional auto center ive ever seen...nothing but lies and crooks.. Went for a double tire change ended up at a mechanic getting the brakes fixed cause they messed up the caliper..after quoting one price over the phone then charging an extra 100 when it was all done.. With a 2 and a half hour wait with the car in the shop..i will never take a vehicle back and strongly suggest you dont either

Had the tires ofThe RV filled with air at the auto shop. Really nice guys who went into the store with us to find the right parts.

Somewhat clean, shelves are a little disorganized or empty. Staff are helpful.

I give 4 start only because of the female manager they have working in the Auto department. She was helpful and awesome!

Prices marked on shelves did not match prices on receipt which were much higher. We buy gala apples every week at $3.98 a bag which changed last week I bought 8 bags as usual and didnt realize till I got home they were$4.67. Went back today and saw the sales tag said 3.98 I took one of them and when I checked out they were 4.67. Showed the cashier and she asked and was told to charge only 3.98. Other people have complained they have had problems with items not matching what shelf tag says. I shop only at Walmart but from now on I will be watching my receipts more often.

Love Walmart but prices are high there anymore and everything I needed was gone. Just bummed out. I still Iove shopping there tho.

One of the better Walmarts Ive been to but thats not really saying much. At least they dont have everything locked down including the underware and socks. Gets tiring going into Walmarts and them having everything in the store locked down to prevent the thieves from running away with the store

Extremely rude employees at the self checkout while they stand there and do nothing. Asked if it was cool to run out and get my wallet really fast from my car and gave me the rudest reply. Told her never mind I change my mind I don’t want it and just left

Normally I would give this Walmart a much higher review. However, it took over a half and hour for the cashier, Betty to ring up my groceries. I was about to come unglued. There was a very nice guy stocking produce that went in the back to find cauliflower for me. He was very helpful. I feel terrible that I cant remember his name.

There was a woman in the bedding isle that was great and very helpful and if I was reviewing her she would have five out of five stars. But other other hand having to deal with people that cant put there cigarettes down until they reach the door, that is a big problem for me. IM SEVERELY ALERGIC TO THE SMOKE FROM THEM AND IT ADDS TO MY PAIN A LOT. I HAVE NEVER SMOKED BUT I HAVE A DISEASE FROM IT.IM TIRED OF INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE.

I visited the first built in Arkansas and seeing now how tje corporation demands abuse of their employees vut to see how custokers were left to check and bag our own groceries! Its typical Wal-Mart, however not as good as the Norwalk store.

I do not shop there as often as a couple of years ago. They have desecnt prices and such however hard to find someone to help you and few know how to help . Could practice also being more friendly though some are dont MISUNDERSTAND. In todays times everyone os stressed

I hate their new layout, the fact that they made all checkout belts shorter, added more self checkouts,lessened manned checkout personal,there are so many store shoppers for online orders,always in the way,still no early open daily.

We visit a lot of Walmart and this location in Norwalk is one that left an immediate good impression. The interactions we had with the staff were excellent. Very well maintained by management. We spent a full 8 hour day here and the store never really got crowded.

Like most Walmarts plenty of parking lots of restaurants close by. Also lot of banking available. Mechanical repair shops close by. Park and recreational area close by. Several gas stations close by also. Easy to see from the road. Lot of handicap parking and accessibility to the building.

My sister got a wedding cake yesterday and it was good but not what she ordered she wanted whipped with strawberry filling and got buttercream they replaced it and they had the right frosting the second time but no strawberry filling we will not be ordering another cake from Walmart if you want to spend over 50 for a cake that is not right then Walmart bakery is for you

It was nice tonight. They didnt have much eggs but they had the soda I needed despite being mostly empty shelved by the time I got there. The associates were, once again, helpful & kind. Very nice visit & quick in & out.

I had a issue there at check out. Word is they want to go to all self check out. Us seniors arent going to like that at all. How many will they loose, like when McDonalds put in those self order screens.

It is what it is I prefer not to go there but not many options in my town, but I can usually find what I need.

They have a good selection of flowers and I needed more petunias today. We usually do not go in when its too crowded. Not many people in the area are wearing masks and not social distancing except for the checkout lanes. So, we quickly got what we needed and left.

Honestly, with everything going on in the world you wanna shop here in the morning because if not youll see a lot stuff out of stock

Some of the rudest employees! They do not smile or are friendly what so ever! I had TWO get in my way as I was looking for an item then looked at me as if I was the problem! .. I unfortunately shop at this one often and it is rare to see a friendly employee.
