Store was like any other zumiez! Same decor, design, atmosphere. The selection is a bit weak Ill have to say! But I think its a seasonal thing. Once the end of the year comes around their will be more flowing in.Signs are not accurate. I wanted to buy something under the 50% off last marked price. Which regular price was 45. And orange sticker said 36. So I was like, sweet 50% off 36 wouldnt be bad. but then i was rung up and the cost was 36. Even if the price was $45. 36 is not half. So i was confused. The lady tried to justify the price being right but I decided not to buy it. Then she rung it again and it was finally half off. Kinda.... Weird. But anywho. Maybe stuff were misplaced? Ill just ask next time to be thorough.

So I went because my daughter had to get her wheels put on her skate board. Store was very clean but I must say the customer service displayed by Mandy and the other associate (my apologies for not remembering her name) in the store was impeccable. And not only to me but because we were there for a while I notice the care taken with all patrons that entered the store very attentive. I would definitely return to this location!

I went to zumiez because I ordered a deck and I needed to get trucks and wheels etc. When I first walked in, the staff was very polite, I told them I needed them to put together these specific things and they were very good with that. I would give this zumiez a 10/10 because the service was great and they were beyond nice finding me the best tools :)

My guy John set up my board with no air bubbles. 10/10 give him a raise.
