Have 3 only because they are so darn rude!! I ordered and stood off to side but I guess not far enough for the woman behind the register because she very rudely began saying go over there was no need to a very dusty corner... I just waited outside. I will never return. Customer service? There is none.

Hadnt been here in a while and decided to stop by to buy a large mango slush with boba and my daughter got her favorite strawberry slush with boba. Both were umm umm good 👍 and satisfying!

Hours online shows that they close at 8:00 pm drove there and arrived at 7:30 and looks like they were long gone, lights off and doors locked. False advertising

Milk tea boba and blended drinks like you find at other locations but cost more? Whats up with that? Got 2 large milk tea with boba and was $2+ more than other B. Loca location across town.

My strawberry banana smoothie was good but the customer service sucks. I said hello a few times and didnt get a response. I even said ty and just got a ahuh. Be kind to those who give you business. Customer service is what brings us back.

I really enjoy this place. I just found out about it 2 weeks ago from my middle sister and now Im hooked. I grab 2 drinks, one for my sister and of course myself every other day or so. Ive never yet had to wait long at all for my orders. Place is clean, workers dont talk much but its all good and the drinks are all so delicious and tasty. 😋

I love going here but the last time I went I asked for a taro milk tea, I didnt like the flavor so I asked for a fork because I wanted to eat the boba.As I opened the wrapping on the top and put my fork in it and started picking up the boba I found a hair !!! INSIDE MY DRINK!!!!I was disgustedI will never go back there againImagine if I would have liked the flavor and continued drinking it

Love this place! Seriously addicted to their coconut frappuccino boba, just wish they had a more environmentally friendly packaging option. I always take my own reusable boba straw but it would be great if we could just take our own tumblers like starbucks or at the very least avoid using plastic whenever possible.

Ive had boba Loca in Sherman Oaks and it was way betterAnd another thing, there was a 50¢ charge for any credit card (also debit apparently) charge under $5. And all of their large drinks were $4.75. There was nothing $5. Seems kinda dumb. Id rather pay 25¢ more, than 50¢. Not a big deal but annoying. So if youre going by yourself getting one drink, unless youre going to buy chips or whatever snacks they had there, bring cash

The boba was rought and then I told him if he can make a new one and he just gave me my money back like I wasn’t asking for him to give me my money back, and also the other time I went the lady scratched her ass and gave me the drink and then they give attitude.
