This is the best local furniture shop I visited and purchased mattress from. Much better in pricing than mattress chain retailers. Chris was not pushy at the same time very polite and helpful. I wasnt ware of this situation by the salesman in this store when i Made payment three days ago. so i would like to share my lesson to whom interested in buying stuffs there. Lesson No.1: once you paid the money, there is no refund or exchange. Lesson No.2: there is not a reliable warranty for your mattress or any stuffs there. But the salesman there will tell you about 5 year or 10 year warranty beforehand you made the payment, but when something really happens to your furniture. You are actually on your own. The salesman just had the attitude that it is none of his business.
