I would give them a 4 star rating for the prices, Its affordable but cleanliness I would rate them 0! They need to do some cleaning.. I was about to buy a beverage but when I saw how dirty the refrigerator looked I instantly changed my mind.. walmart Norwalk please do some cleaning .

This is the best Walmart in the area; with greater stocked shelves compared to the store located on Rt7 Main Ave (a smaller store).

You will buy more than what you need because they always have amazing goodies. Its one of the best and mostly closest Walmarts from me. Of course there are better Walmart but this is the one thats closer to my town and the parking is big enough. Just be ready to spend more than what you need to so bring some couple bucks extra .

Lots of stuff ! Limited though. Sales people, 95% of them are VERY UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, nice willing to help you find something... And 3 out of 5 did not SPEAK ENGLISH. NEED BIGGER SELECTION OF CLOTHES ! Everything...New sales people...Im a many year shopper at Walmart. Peace

App showed this location had items I was looking for. The app was accurate, associate went I got he back to find for me since it wasn’t on the shelf.

Ive always been able to find what I need at this store location, even though certain sections may not always be as stocked to full capacity. And the variety isnt always reliable, a bit of a hit or miss. But overall its a great stop for your general shopping needs.

Still cant implement the CT state covid19 guidelines. Many employees wearing half mask or 1/3 of the mask. Also a few customers who refused to respect just like some employees. The store selection is good. Parking is fine. Fast checkout . The most slow customer desk for returns and refunds. One employee working, 3 moving the returned products from right to left. 23 minutes waiting for one transaction in front of me. And a army of employees in the store.

Very conveniently placed location with a fairly large selection of items. Unfortunately, this Walmart often happens to be out of stock of what I need and for quite a while at that. Many empty shelves which could do with more frequent restocking. However, the employees are always friendly. They are willing to guide me when I need to find something. It seems like some of them don’t really know where the items are though.

This Walmart is always crowded but somehow I can never find what I need. The shelves are often half empty throughout the store.2 stars because the staff is always friendly, even though I usually leave without finding what I came for.

I was very disappointed that there were no road bike tires in popular sizes like 700x25c or 700x28c in either Norwalk CT stores. However, I did find a appropriate bike chain and a bike chain breaker. I also purchased bike tire inner tubes. I would be riding tomorrow if I had been able to purchase a appropriate tire for my bike. But, I have to buy tires at another store. Bummer!I love the Graham crackers at Walmart.😊

Best Walmart to find anything 😆

The store has all these self serve registers open. But none of them take cash. Than you only open 2 or 3 registers with workers to pay cash. Wait times are to long. Another time the cashier had no change. I was told I had to pay exact change. Not good customer service.

Walmart is still the go to place for pretty much all your needs. This location keeps shelves and refrigerators stocked. They have electronics, bikes, toys, sporting items, clothes, paint, home and garden items, toiletries, tools, food- but not hot food, there is no bakery/butcher on this premise... no fresh fruit and veggie section here. Its usually a large amount of customers because of area being so popular. Lines move quickly. Free parking lot.

The only reason I didnt give this location five stars was this. I called ahead to make certain they had an item advertised on their website. I even called their service desk and asked do you have this item in stock. (it was a playstation 4 controller, that I wad buying for my nephew) after driving to the store and walking through the aisles. I arrived in the electronics section and found none in stock. I hunted down one of the workers and asked him. Do you have Ps4 controllers? He answered no. I walked out in disgust !!

I love walmart supercenters. This wasnt one of them. I dont appreciate having the same people walking around you like your going to steal. Too many secret shoppers who are not that secret. Wont go back.

This Walmart is okay! The have very little selection. The frozen aisle is literally just one line. Today we went to this Walmart for eggs and not my luck .They only have one box and the egg is broken no joke. No vegetables, meat and produce in this location. No car section and any other sports etc.. Other needs they have like babies needs, clothes and dry goods.

Good store they have to many diferent items for may home, really nice store for shopping.

Not a huge selection at the Walmart I went to in south Connecticut so I was bummed with all that usually I love shopping Walmart but not yesterday there just wasnt much of a selection in mens jrs and boys so I wasnt able to get my kids their back to school clothes cuz there was very little selection same with their makeup isle👎

This walmart is extremely small. Maybe 1/4 of the size of the super walmart Im used to. I think for grocery its not even worth going. The shop rite nearby is a better bet for selection and the prices are almost the same. Even better, its right near a costco, if youre a member. I wanted some organizational stuff too and prices/selection for that was really bad. No self checkouts either. Feels closer to a big lots or an ocean state job lot than a walmart.

I was very disappointed that I drove from the Bronx to drive to Norwalk Connecticut and this particular Walmart had no items for men on the shelves! They had no t-shirts no socks no underwear no womens undergarments so I drove to Milford to went to the Walmart in Milford Connecticut! Ive never seen this Walmart with bare shelves before in my life which is very sad for Walmart because I love Walmart and I will drive to Walmart to do my shopping!

Your average go to Walmart store with convenient self check out and wide selection of product. Extremely busy any time of the day but easily a good quick stop for essentials of any variety. Only downside are the employees who aren’t as knowledgeable as to where to locate specific products or the overflow in parking.

Wow it was packed!!! At 12 p.m I wanted to get in and get out, Grabbed a few necessities. Didnt get all that I came for, end up ordering them online instead.

Experienced terrible customer service today at this location with my online order. After driving half hour and standing on line for 15 minutes, the Lady and guy at the customer service counter told me that they could not return my order because the system for online returns was down which was a straight lie. I explained that I live far but they did not care. So I drove another 10 minutes to the other Walmart CT location, although they experienced the same problem with the return, they did not lie and told me to come back. Instead, they addressed the issue promptly saving me an 1 hour trip back and gas since I live out of state.

It WAS OK!!!! Limited quantities available... But the pick up option worked great! Very fast and quick service.

Standard Walmart. Not enough parking for an in-city store. The greeter was friendly; the rest of the staff didnt know where anything was, said they didnt have it (although we finally found it), or just hoped we would go away so they could stock the shelves. An evil necessity

I was in here Monday night and the lines were astronomical, which is to be expected at a Walmart to a certain extent, however there was only 2 cashiers open for over a hundred people checking out. I informed the manager who was to busy on his phone to rectify the situation..I left and I wont be returning. Ill stick to jersey where the service and quality is much better.

Was there on a Monday night and the store is so packed you literally get surrounded by people in aisles so badly you cant even turn around. This was without even having a cart. It felt insanely dangerous during a pandemic. Multiple screaming unmasked little kids running around. Avoid if you can.

Great store! Has everything one could ask for cheap prices! Products still have good value with cheap prices. This Walmart has no grocery, but a,lot of other stuff! Not everything is in-store, so might have to try online shopping at walmart.com website/app!

I went here on Saturday and the parking lot was packed however when I went in the store...it was soooo empty. There seemed to be very little items available for purchase and things were kind of sloppy. Sadly, I left here without any finds. Its very disappointing to drive out of the way and for a store to have nothing you want!

I don’t know what’s going on at this Walmart. They used to stay full stocked and customer service was great but for a while now it’s just been going down hill. The shelves are almost always bare. Nothing is ever in stock. I would much rather go to Target but it’s too much of a hassle getting stuck in traffic. Weekends are the worst and I avoid at all costs. Too many people, the aisles are just too tight and the employees are rude. Now they won’t even do returns without a receipt…I was told the products have to be ‘WALMART’ brand. Anything to get over on the consumers. SMH

Walmart is ok but a bit crowded. Some people remove their masks after entering the store but its not the stores fault because they ask you wear your mask before entering and they have hand sanitizer at the entrance. Can employees be held accountable for the actions of customers? Not really. But if they could limit the capacity so they can manage the customers in the store, that would be great.

Return with a receipt was a snap, right back to the original charge card. Fast and friendly associate. Sadly this location rarely had enough handicapped parking spaces.

I was preparing to be away for about 5 to 6 weeks and I needed to get supplies for myself. WalMart had everything I needed at a great price. Money is tight as Im away training for a new job so I really needed to save money, WalMart saved me plenty.

Great place to shop for inexpensive clothing, electronics, food and household goods. Its a short distance from NYC border area.

I havent had a bad experience at this store so far. The store is pretty spacious and store layout is like most Walmarts. The prices of most items are pretty good. You can order online and pick up at the store. Customer service is ok. Most cashiers are now self checkout. Parking is always free and so is the wifi.

The store had most of what I was looking for. They have a small refrigerator section with a limited selection of items.

95% of the time, employees are kind and helpful.The store is usually clean and shelves are almost always full.

I had a really uncomfortable visit with some staff,, first there was no one in the seasonal department and this was 11am in the morning and he was expected at 5pm. So I helped myself I need assistance and signal the a staff who looked the other way.. A few of them does not know where the items are found.. the cashiers are very helpful. This is where my shopping experience went to the roof with check out staff. My thought on this was that he was bias... there were approximately 10 people in the line I watched as no one showed their receipt and as I got closer to him he requested my receipt, I really felt like like my color had a lot to do with it,, I was so annoyed and angry and so I requested to speak tothe store manager who was very helpful. I would never go back there though. Overall the store was clean and very well kept.

New in store signage is really convenient. Employees working very hard to keep store neat.

You can go wrong with Walmart prices. I dont have anything negative to say about this location. Just be aware that during the weekends youll tend to come across more foot traffic than during the week.

Honestly the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. I went on a Sunday afternoon (big mistake)...Parking is severely lacking, outdoor garbage is overflowing, and no carts are available at the entrance. You had to find one in the parking lot and bring them inside, while the employees stand around. The store was also overcrowded with customers--practically everyone and their mother was there, so trying to turn down an aisle is near impossible without bumping into someone or having to wait a couple minutes for others to pass. We were fortunate to get through the 20 items or less line but not without the guy behind me breathing down my next. The Walton family doesnt care about customer experience or Walmart employees, just money.

I like to shop at Walmart, but they need to have frequent deliveries!! The shelves are bare!!

All of the different staff members were confused about where the return was supposed to take place and the staff isnt too inviting. The prices are pretty low which makes it great for people who need to buy groceries in bulk. Overall it was a an okay experience but it could definitely be improved. The manager whispered, Just 30 more minutes, which made it seem like she didnt really care about good customer service.

Walmart in CT is very crowded and not much social distancing at the time, merchandise is good and checking out is good.

Lots of products at good prices but the store was a little too crowded for my comfort.

I got my first Covid vaccine here today. They took me early, and then after giving my drivers license and insurance cards they sat me behind a booth and gave me the shot. It didnt hurt at all and it has been 3 hours now and no soreness or anything. The bathrooms were very clean and the store seemed very organized, as they are getting ready for Easter now.

Place felt dirty... not much more to say.
