Terrible experience. We received a gift certificate to Mr. Mailbox months ago - have been to the store multiple times (always closed), emailed multiple times, left messages many times and actually spoken to someone several times who promised installation the following week. I think that because they have the money already they have no intention of ever getting to our order. Will be telling the person who gave us this gift that it’s time to dispute the credit card charge. Our current mailbox is falling over and we can’t wait for these guys any longer.

Terrible experience with this company. Placed an order online for new mailbox and installation. Was never contact confirming my order or installation date. Called the company 4 days later. Said they would install the next week. Never showed up, never called, etc. Called the company the next day to be told that their equipment broke down, did not know when they would be able to install, would call me back. Never received a call. Called them back 3 days later, was told they would call me back with an update on the installation date, never called back. I WILL CANCEL MY ORDER TODAY. I do not recommend Mr Mailbox

This was our 2nd mailbox purchased from Mr. Mailbox. The first one was for a rental property and it greatly improved the look of entry to the driveway, replacing an old, rusted mailbox with decades-old stick-on numbers. We were happy to contribute that mailbox for all future renters. Now that we are homeowners, one of the first things on our checklist was getting another beautiful mailbox from Mr. Mailbox. Andy and Joe are extremely kind, professionals who understand the long-term value of speedy service along with top-notch craftsmanship. These guys are perfectionists. When you receive your mailbox, the number is slightly larger than the street address directly below it and appropriately centered, just-left or just-right. Who knew that mailboxes could be a kind of art form? Andy and Joe Will hell you select the right color mailbox fir your home, as well as a terrific font. We could not be more pleased.

Mr Mailbox (Norwalk) just installed our shared (2) mailboxes in Westport….from the owner (Andy) to the installers ( Joe and Manny) TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM….I would recommend them to anyone….5 STAR!

Horrible customer service. Never returns phone calls, impossible to reach. The product is good, the prices are high, service horrible.

Ordered a full mailbox and post install online at the tune $471 after tax.Called 6 times and emailed 4 times over 2 days after I placed the order. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails, no one returns phone messages. I finally cancelled the order and went with another Mailbox installer in the area. How can you run a business like this?I finally got a call back to confirm my cancellation. Apparently they are down to 1 person in the shop. Maybe change your phone message to reflect this?

I had a mailbox and post made by Mr. Mailbox that lasted from 1991 until now. I just had it replaced. The workmanship is impeccable and the communication from the company outstanding. I am beyond satisfied with the entire process and finished product!

Joe Esposito from Mr. Mailbox is fantastic, he just installed my new mailbox and it is perfect. The Mr. Mailbox website is easy to navigate, purchase was seamless, and installation well worth the cost and brief wait. I highly recommend Mr. Mailbox!

Stay away from this business! They are totally unresponsive, never return phone calls and dont keep promises. I had to call them repeatedly to replace a mailbox that they had installed 10 years back and they were horrible to deal with even though I was a repeat customer.

I am trying to redeem a gift certificate and they dont answer their email or telephone. Maybe the place is no longer in business.
