These guys are awesome!! Went in today for a TV ended up with a brand new Samsung! The guy who delivered it was awesome! He brought it in and set it up for us!! Great experience! 5 stars all the way!

Personally we would not even rate this one star, but zero stars do not exist. The staff at this location are very unprofessional and unneighborly. They sit in their cars before work and at breaks blasting their music, specifically the bass. We operate a Motel and live on site. The noise is excessive, disrupting and unsettling. They also stack the used furniture against our fence which has caused significant damage. As a neighboring business, we have politely asked for these actions to cease. On more than one occasion they have stated that they would stop, but continue these practices on a daily basis. They are also unwilling to share their regional manager’s contact information with us.

Two male employees are rude and inconsiderate!

I just wanted to write to say a few things. When ever I want to rent an item I have always gone through Rent A Center. (I love you guys~) Last August my daughter wanted an x-box one. Through my own stupidity I decided to try Aarons. I have never dealt with them before in my life so I decided I would try them. Never ever again! I can not believe the problems I am having with them. My cousin also rented off from them and she like me has always gone through Rent A Center. We both have experienced very rude customer service. Very rude personal remarks. She bought a refrigerator off from them and they would not hook up the refige for her or take out her old one. She had to do it by herself while they watched her and said they were not authorized to help her. Are you kidding me??? I am so disappointed with them. This letter is just to say that you all are amazing and we miss you all so much. We both will be going through Rent A Center from now on. I am returning my daughters product and never want anything to do with them again. Thank-you guys for being so amazing. The very polite service and for always caring about your customers and putting them first. Our whole family is now going to do business with Rent A Center. Once again thank-you all so very much!
