The store associate that helped me with my order was a bit grumpy because he was not given his daily treats, apparently because he ate a couple packages of dog treats the night before. Despite this he still allowed some head scratches and was very polite. 5/5 stars.

Long time customer and had a return that my electrician said I couldnt use. Was told that it was 10 past the 30 day return policy that was not on the receipt and on a worn out,small and barely readable 6x8 sign by the cash register.Been in the retail sales for 20 years and was blown off my the manager. Ordered propane tank on line, got email that it was ready to pick up, paid on line. Got to store young man said yes right here it’s out side. Said I wanted tank filled he said I’ll meet you out there. Filled tank and off I went. Thank you for outstanding service even with a smile!

As I walked in I was greeted by a very nice young lady who asked if she could help me and so I told her what I was looking for and she brought me over to the exact location and within 2 minutes I was on my way.all in all, a very pleasant experience made possible by a very helpful associate with a very nice smile.

I had waited in line for for someone to do a return no one was available to do I new I need propane when I got up there the manager that did the return let Customers be hind me cash out. HE Was not willing to help me until I started calling to see were else I could have it filled the girl behind the counter was trying to do everything she could the guy manager. I waited for my turn at least 15 minutes to only have to wait another 15 or minutes so he could check other people out
