Grace was amazing!!! She took her time to help me understand the AT&T plans in a clear and concise matter. She greeted every customer that walked through the door, while still making me feel I was her sole customer. She was patient and so knowledgeable. Jeff was so helpful. I came in with a phone that would not charge. He helped me pick the right new phone, get all the accessories I needed and also was so good with my kids I had to bring with me. So helpful and made a new phone purchase easy!

Matt and Kyrice helped me. They were awesome!! My watch that I had ordered was not syncing properly. Tech support was not able to fix the problem, but Matt had the watch fixed within moments of arriving at the store. William, my Norwell AT&T store rep., was absolutely wonderful. He couldn’t possibly have been any more knowledgeable, patient and helpful towards me. He stayed almost TWO hours past the end of his shift to finish activating my phones and setting me up for AT&T TV service! He’s truly a “start/finish” type of guy...he went out of his way to explain all the details of various plans and choices to help steer me in a direction best suited for MY needs. Please give ME a two week noticeif William has any plans on leaving your wonderful Norwell team! 😂

We went to the Norwell store to upgrade four phones and an iPad. It was no easy task but Nasly and Thomas were extremely helpful and patient. Excited to get HBO Max through our new plan. I’d highly recommend going to the Norwell AT&T store.
The AT&T corporately owned store in Norwell is amazing! William helped us upgrade one phone and add a line while adding very little to our monthly bill. He also introduced us to AT&T TV which seems like a great deal. We usually dread visits to the AT&T store, but going to a corporate store versus an authorized dealer (like the one in Hingham Shipyard) makes all the difference!

I went to the Hanover AT&T store to get my phone upgraded and had trouble with the associates getting an issue resolved so they told me to call customer service and handle it through the phone. Unsatisfied, I then drove to the Norwell store, explained the issue and why I was frustrated, and was helped by the manager Eric Darko. Not only did he help me resolve what was a complicated issue, he called customer service with me and walked through the entire process to help come to a solution. He was extremely patient and helpful and juggled a really busy store helping customers in-between helping me. He was very efficient and turned a bad experience into a positive one. I will be coming back here for business, thank you Eric!!

My second appointment with Misty this month was even more exceptional than my first. Although it was a longer visit, it was full of humor and tons of patience. Misty juggled multiple customers at once, greeted waiting customers and answered the phone, all while maintaining a positive, joyful and gracious attitude. Stopped in on our way home from lunch, Tom helped us activate a new Iphone for my wife and the promotions they have right now are incredible. Will be back soon to upgrade my phone once my line is eligible. Atmosphere was extremely clean, sales representatives were also very knowledgeable and polite.

It was 3 weeks before Christmas and I was trying to buy an Ipad for a gift. The two AT&T employees, Eric and William, BOTH went out of their way to make that happen. (No small feat, this close to Christmas and only 3 Ipads available for sale in Massachusetts. They took the time to call every store that showed inventory. It took over an hour but they found an Ipad for me, called the store, requested it sent to my store and set the sale up so that I could still receive the promotion price, even though I would actually receive the Ipad AFTER the promo was over. Above and beyond excellent customer service. Kudos to William and Eric. Thank you!

Whats the point of an At&t store when they cant even help an actual loyal customer with a problem. I had to spend 3 hours there, not even receiving a solution while the store called customer service, and was put on hold by At&ts support for hours. 😑 They didnt even offer an apology, an answer, or even a bottle of water for my wasted time.

My boyfriend and I went into the Norwell store 30 mins before closing and couldn’t have been treated better. From Eric the store manager taking time to listen to what we needed to William spending over an hour and a half making sure our transfer from Tmobile went smoothly, guiding us through all the phones, plans, and avail options. Hands down, great customer service and shout out to William for being patient and knowledgeable!

I wish to commend Store Manager Aaron Katz and Retail Sales Consultant/Technician Brian Samuel at this AT&T store in Norwell, Massachusetts. Mr. Katz went to great lengths to reassure me prior to the sale of three IPhones and porting over three numbers from Sprint. Brian Samuel performed, in my opinion, above and beyond what is normally expected. Brians handling of all the paperwork as well as the complex setup, installation and configuration, was flawless, perfect. I have a technical background and Brian was happy to answer every one of my questions. This is the finest group of people I have had the pleasure of purchasing electronic equipment from. I highly recommend this store.

I was told one price for an add on line for my daughters first phone on my plan and I went back 2 days later too get the phone because it wasnt in yet and the price changed by over 20 dollars a month

The sales guy obviously didnt want to be there. And wanted to help us even less. Who knows? Maybe the rest of the employees are phenomenal, this guy wasnt.
AVOID THIS STORE!. Stopped in during my lunch time on a weekday. The guy was so friendly.... and such a liar. He signed me up for services I didnt want. I was told I had to pay a $10 fee to change my Att service, but that I would get a free directvnow account. I didnt want it I said. Yeah but if you dont use it it will just end at the end of the month he said. I finally gave in just to get out of there. I later found out I was signed up for monthly recurring service fee for directtv that cost $10.00 the first month and jumps to $35.00 on the third month. AVOID THIS STORE

Ive never seen such awful customer service and deception. I was insulted as they sold my mother an iPad when I remained firm that we didnt want the device. We were assured there would be no fees attached to our iPad. We were charged activation fees. When I called for assistance I was asked to call back later as the manager didnt want to handle it. I hope you avoid this branch.

If i could id rate a 0. Customer of at&t since they bought out cingular. Went in couple weeks ago for a charger bought one that is warrantied for a year was told i dont need a reciept and while the same rep was working that sold it to me i was told that they couldnt do anything and they took my original and handed me one a tenth of the size covered in dirt and muck then told thats all they can do. Being given a used beaten up charger was just horrid service. I work with at&t and verizon nonstop with my work but now I will be bringing it to the boards attention that it would be best to sway away from att. If youre gonna treat a long time customer like crap i refuse to send any of mine to them. I will be having my at&t plan cancelled due to this service. I really hope they get truthful and better employees or else theyre gonna lose more customers.
