Rude driver/owner along with rude son. Made a hole on pavement with tow truck while unloading a vehicle and owner refused to pay for it or fix it.Also they were operating illegaly under a suspended business/dealer license, whivh i came to fund out afterwards..Also triedto steal customers of ours while doing a tow service, insisting to customer to bring vehicle to theur shop instead making customer uncomfortable and very unhappy.Id stay away from these rude and saddy people!!!

Called for a tow from one dealership to another. They were exactly how much I thought it would cost. They came within in 10 minutes of me calling them to let them know the vehicle was ready for pick up at the dealership.

I took my vehicle to find the fault and when they call me to pick it up, they give me the bill and charge the tow truck 2 times than because the man went out twice in it and it turned off. They never warned me and gave me a very high bill. I made the claim and the man had disassembled the parts of my vehicle and very rudely told me to come and get him later. and he began to fix another vehicle and that if I began to complain, he would give it to me tomorrow. a very vulgar and bad service guy, he left my vehicle damaged on purpose for the claim.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are always friendly and they are always willing to help you out! I would give them ten stars if I could!!!

They are unprofessional and very lazy !They replaced two of my tires and didn’t rotate or align . After I realized something was wrong with the alignment and took it back they told me they didn’t have the machine to an alignment. They didn’t tell me my back tires were bald and needed to be replaced .Don’t waste your money going here !

Ok so Ill start with calling them... The man on the phone was polite and understand and let me pick the time frame of pick up which I appreciated.The gentleman that came to my house is one of the rudest people I have EVER met in my entire life. He got my car up on the truck and said gimmie money never said hi or introduce himself when arriving to my house.I pulled out my debit card and he says NO only cash....this wasnt told to me when I called so I told him ok my ride is on the way here ill meet you at the garage. He refused to leave my driveway so I called the company back to explain what was going on they called their driver and let him know Id be going to the ATM and Id meet him he still refused to go.He hangs up the phone and tells to me GET IN TRUCK NOW!Im sorry Im not getting into a truck with some man with a disgusting attitude and explained Id meet him or he can wait with me and follow me. He jumps out and starts to drop my car my bf got home and said hed ride with me so we all get in the truck and the driver is screaming give me money now.I will NEVER call these people again I hope none of you ever need to.

Family run and operated, we had car trouble on rt2, wrecker came in no time and in the shop right away. They gave us a ride while they fixed car and then picked us up!! Price was very fair too. Thanks guys

Car broke down. My insurance called these people and they said 60 minutes. After 45 minutes they called the insurance company and cancelled. Waited on 15 minutes for responsive company. Thanks for nothing Gaitan Garage and 24 hour towing.

Worst place my part came in late, no call, had to call to ask them about my car.
