I’ll start by saying that the service I have received here has always been timely and have not experienced any problems. However, I am very surprised nobody here is complaining about the utter lack of friendliness at this shop. Each time I go, the same man enters my information at the counter and he is always the most unfriendly person I have encountered recently. I dont know how else to say it, just very unfriendly.

Unfortunately had a screw in my tire and brought my car to Goodyear to have it repaired. The man at the front desk was incredibly nice. They were short staffed due to covid and explained the repair might take a little longer. They called when it was finished and quickly remounted my tire when I arrived. The tire looks perfect now, and they didn’t try to convince me it needed to be replaced in order to make them money. Very happy with the experience!

I had an issue with the battery in my 2017 Accord. Technician José diagnosed the issue promptly and accurately. Service Writer Rob managed the warranty claim, and got me on the road again in great time.Fair pricing and speedy service is the name of the game at the Norwich, CT location...give em a try!

I had to get Goodyears on my Monte Carlo! The guys there were courteous and very informative. Today I had to replace one of those nice new tires because I ran over another screw! Glad I bought the road hazard coverage. Whoever is going around throwing screws in the road, please stop!Anyways, I always learn something new whenever I go there, and today it was the mystery behind why my abs & traction control lights are on. So that will be my next visit. I would definitely recommend this shop, and they do more than just tires. Also, they have a lot of good Covid precautions: plexiglass barriers, contactless drop offs, employees wear masks, gloves, and a hand sanitizer dispenser right as you come on the door.Sincerely,Amelia Earnhardt

Very positive experience all around. They had to order my tires which were there when I made my appointment. They matched a lower price I found for the tires. Knowledgeable alignment tech and great customer service. I applied and was approved for the Goodyear credit card. I would reccomend this shop over the other big box stores in the area. 1.5 hours total for 4 tires and 4 wheel alignment.

Daughter got a flat in her Wrangler leaving for work this morning. I took it in and they found a screw in the treads. Patched the tire and replaced the valve stem cap I was missing at no charge... All in the time it took to walk a half block to Dunkin and drink a coffee. Great shop, great guys. Fast. Courteous. Will definitely be going there first when its time for a new set of rubber...

Needed an alignment due to uneven tire wear so I had them put on two new front tires and an alignment, $300 was fair the issue was a week later when I go to take the tire off to do my breaks 3 out of 5 lug bolts snapped off I look inside where the bolts are and the nuts are literally so far inside the holes that its dented inwards I called them to explain this and they said they could get me in by the next day charging me 80 per broken bolt. They obviously over tightened them but deny responsibility. Never going here again.

Very happy with the service. Manager spent time with us to get a Goodyear credit card which saved us $60. The tires are great. the alignment helped a lot.

Went there for a water pump replacement. They were quick to get the job done, I realized they left a hose off my car. I went in to ask about it Tom found one on the mechanics tool box and gave it back to me. The next day I find out that there is another hose and a screw holding the timing belt cover on missing as well. I do not recommend going there unless you absolutely have to like I did.

I bought Eagle F1 tires last year. The tires are great and I got a pretty good deal on installation. If anyone I know needs tires I refer them here.

Service was good. Mechanic came and told me fog light bulb was out and wiper blades need to be fixed. Great shop and its local.

If Im not going to the Valvoline Center on Poquonnock Rd in Groton, I go here. I go here for things bigger than an oil change like brakes and tires. The guys are nice, the work has been quality for me for years now, and I have had no issues. Two vehicles I service there and things have been fine. 4 stars because I feel sometimes they are understaffed. Dont let that be a true knock on them. I very much so recommend this Goodyear Auto Service Center for your Auto Service needs.

Lost my business! I have been a Goodyear customer for years (elsewhere). First visit here, tire rotation and oil change... they would not use the oil I wanted and tires were rotated in a crisscross after specifying front to back only!Second visit - They were listed as local servicer for Tire Rack. Had summer tires delivered for change over... 1.) Winter tires had to be taken out of trash. 2.) Winter tire bead was torn in the same place on all 4 tires. 3.) Manager excused torn bead as difficult to take off. 4.) New tire valve stem mark was nowhere near valve stems. 5.) Tire Rack has pulled them as authorized servicer.Third and final visit - Summer / Winter tire change over. (ONLY - Wife took car in.)1.) Complained to my wife that run flat tires are hard to change and their tech is new, not sure if he can do the job. 2.) Winter tires are old and the rubber is hard, tread might not be enough to use... (Used one season - Bliz-ex Bridgestone.) 3.) Tires were not rotated from last dismount (they were clearly marked) fronts were on one side rears on the other 4.) Summer tires had to be taken out of the trash! Yes again!!! 5.) Service said her Mini needs a four wheel thrust alignment, (cant be done) steering box bushings, front control arms and pinion gear box (both sides needed replacement...) and the kicker was... the rear shocks are leaking fluid! She called me in tears! When I went down there, the manager started arguing with me and I told him to prove his findings by putting the car on the lift and let me see.He said all the bays are busy and he didnt have anyone to do it now...BTW: Mini Cooper shock are filled with hydrogen gas not fluid and this car had 65K miles at the time! DONT GO THERE!!!

Would be better if they cared about their staff who are currently serving or have served in the US military.

They need professional work is into that know what theyre talking about and really hives workers that fits and doing a good job instead of playing around peoples money that they earn money that people barely get when they work because paychecks aint really given barely nothing
