I was stranded on the side of the road in the 95 degree heat on Friday until I was rescued by Superman! (Okay…not really. The tow truck driver’s name was Will and he was wearing a Superman mask). But he may as well have been. I have never had to call a tow truck so was a little antsy, but Will was super nice, efficient, respectful of my vehicle as well as my concerns. He kept me up to date on when he would be there by calling and he was right on time. He towed my car to the dealership (which I work at), unloaded it into a very tightly packed parking lot and did a better job steering it into the parking space than I could have done driving it. I do not envy him having to do all of this in the unbearable heat. To the owner of Northeast Towing: I am very much a customer service critic having been in the industry for about 40 years, and I have to tell you that Will’s customer service was spot on! He, for sure, should be a keeper. Thanks again! 😊

Very nice tow guy came out for a AAA call, my car wouldn’t start. He got into my car to put it in gear to back it onto the flatbed.He broke my shifter - snapped it right off so it just dangled. I don’t even know how hard one has to pull to make that happen, but he did it.I know he did it. He knows he did it.He was really nice. And he seemed really nervous, so I actually *felt bad for him* and was prepared to eat the cost, as my starter needed replacing anyway.But, to replace the shifter required replacing the whole steering column. With a junkyard part, the repair still cost me $600+I put in a claim via AAA… three weeks for response, and - shockingly, the driver denies it. Was broken when he got here, he said.As if I broke my own shifter, and then tried to set up some poor tow guy to take the fall.I have tremendous sympathy for a nervous guy who makes a mistake on the job… but I loathe a liar.

Very professional. I got a flat tire and called AAA. Mark got the call and responded within a half hour. Marc was very professional, polite, and efficient. He changed my tire quickly, and remounted the damaged one to my spare mount. I was truly in awe about how quickly he responded and how quickly he was able to change my tire. He even went above and beyond by inflating the spare tire for me. Thank you Marc.

They are exceptional. From the wonderful customer service to the pride and exemplary quality in their work. My car had died, I just moved to the area, and I was too far to try to tow it to my fathers shop (in western Mass). The gentlemen at Northeast Towing helped me when I needed it most. They are helpful, honest, fair, trustworthy and the workmanship is the best I had ever had. I will now be bringing my car to them for all future service.

When my local AAA driver did not have a battery for my car, NE Towing went out of their way, out of their typical jurisdiction, to help me. Such a simple thing that made a big difference in my day. In fact, it made the difference in me being stranded for a minimum of 4 days. Thank you! From the Manager to the Tech... great service that was greatly appreciated!

Called Toyota Care to arrange for my car to be towed due to electrical issues at 4pm (not driveable). Told by North East they would be there within the hour. Call Toyota back 2 hours later because no one showed up. Told they went to the wrong address. Told 2 hours later that they dont service my area when the address they supposedly went to was only a few miles from where I was. Thank god my husband was able to come get me and my 9 month old baby. If you say youre going to be there either say up front you dont service the area or actually show up.

We had a bad storm and a tree fell down on my car as I was driving. They were there very quickly and they towed me and my car back home! The gentleman who helped me, James, was very nice and super accommodating!! He was a lifesaver!!!

I had to use AAA to get a car tower 12 miles.Northeast was towing company dispatched.Tow truck was scheduled to arrive at 1pm.Never got an update to say that the truck would be late until I called AAA after 1pm to figure out where the driver was.AAA informed me that apparently the truck had to be repaired so he wasnt going to be out for another 40 minutes. (after leaving work to meet on my lunch brake).at 2:06 pm I get a call from the driver claiming to be at my location in 15 minutes.(note on the account that I was not with the car anymore due to the untimely delays.)As of 3 pm I had to call AAA again to locate this driver, (because he wasnt answer my calls) who AAA could not locate either and had to call northeast direct to find out there was another issue with his truck to only just getting to the location of the car to be towed.all the while never updating the person waiting ALL DAY!never had a problem with Northeast Towing before and I can honestly say I will make sure that Charles is not the driver for one of my tows again!!!!!Finally get my vehicle to arrive at the final location at 3:30pm.

My husband and I were stuck in conneticutt for 6 hours, my car transmission went. the insurance company was having a hard time finding someone to tow us back to nh in the middle of the night on a Saturday night. Steven took the call at 2am, knowing his shift ended at 8am and it was a 7 hour total travel time. He was a life saver, called and told us he would be there within a half hour and showed up 15 minutes later. So polite, and friendly! He even stopped at the rest area on the highway after getting us so we could use the rest room and grab a coffee! I could tell he was tired and already had a long day, but he was so compassionate, knowing we probably werent going anywhere without his help! He was truely a godsend!! Great guy!! I hope I NEVER run into a situation like that again BUT if I do, I hope its in his area!❤

Who ever Jeremy is he shouldnt be answering the phones. Simply made a call because of a friend of mine who recently received his Class A was looking for work and a friend of mine whos on the Chamber of Commerce in Norwich recommended them simply just hung up on the phone on me. I called back, he then with an annoyed voice said I didnt hang up on you I couldnt hear you. Like I didnt just hear the phone get slammed. Very unprofessional

These guys are awesone. I had a cracked radiator and was essentially stranded. They replaced it and got me running within a few hours. Great job!

Absolutely amazing gentlemen! So my door got caught in a gust of wind and became a stuck would not open I was trapped inside of my car as I was driving by I saw one of the guys outside and ask for help and they all gathered to help get my door unstuck. Absolutely amazing wonderful good-hearted guys!!!

HORRIBLE. Progressive Insurance unfortunately uses Northeast Towing & Transportation as a tow service. Twice in 3 months I waited over 3 hours for a tow. Both times I was told there was a “a police call” & it would be another half hour. Totally untrue. I called them directly after being called by 2 different tow drivers & telling me they were late. Neither driver knew about the other driver. I called the owner/boss, Jeremy. I spoke to him. He was VERY rude. He ended up saying he was cancelling the tow & hung up on me. I then call Progressive back. I see a tow truck driver coming up. His name was Will. I made the mistake of telling him the situation. He calls Jeremy & tells me the call has been cancelled & he has to leave unbelievable. Progressive called Jeremy where he tells them I was rude & he canceled because of my verbal abuse. Total liar. Not to be trusted. STAY AWAY.

Before calling northeast make sure to call around for better service. My truck broke down called for their service and wish I never did. Guy took 2 hours when he got to me. He arrived and checked the truck out. Made me crank it until battery died. Then told me it was the fuel pump inside the fuel tank I told him there is no fuel pump in the fuel tank then he said its inside the motor and he needs to call the towing service. To take it to the shop I quickly called my mechanic and he said fuel pump is not inside the motor. I told the guy how long will it take to get it running again he said 3 to 4 days I told him I cant wait that long so he said he needs to go to another call. I told him can you please charge my battery before you leave. He said ok. Took 316 dollars from me and never charged my battery. Now I had a bad fuel pump and a dead battery. Called the place the next day to at least get my battery charged. Guy gave me an attitude and told me if I know where the fuel pump is why dont I fix it myself. I told him i aint no mechanic and I thought I was working with one. I told him I would fix it my self but I need for him to charge my battery. He said fix it and hang up the phone on me. 2 hours later i fixed it my self had a wonderful truck driver give me a jump and i was on my way..... I aint no mechanic but sure hell Im better then what they have. Oh and for the supervisor mechanic that told me he was going to deposit some money on my account and never did. Keep the money and get yourself better and professional employees... thank you have a nice day....... oscar fonseca

Stuck on 365-S... What a way to start a Monday morning... Brutally hot, car overheating, Called AAA and they sent NorthEast Towing. Typical process, no surprises.BUT THEN...CHARLES arrived!1st he calls and lets me know he is on the way, with a smile in his voice and an upbeat Im here to help you tone in his voice.Truck arrives CHARLES jumps out with a big smile, a warm hello and a COLD bottle of water! PERFECT!!!!He made sure to keep me safe, took special attention to put my car on the flat bed just so. He was detailed, kind, and very helpful.BTW, he gave me a ride to the shop (dropping off the car)... The conversation was incredibly perceptive (I learned a lot from him in that short ride).Great human, with fascinating insights. CHARLES turned a challenging experience into a positive one. We desperately NEED more people like CHARLES! ATT: NorthEastT&T, you NEED to give this man a raise!!!

I had my vehicle towed today by a very nice gentelman named James .he was kind and had to handle a tdificult tow alone.

Steve came out to help me when my car wouldnt start. He was friendly and polite and took care of the problem quickly.

Straight garbage, waited an hour and they hadn’t even dispatched a wrecker. If ya can’t do the job don’t take the call!

Paid $90 for a “diagnostic”, they told me i needed a new engine and that my car had 0 oil. Took it to another shop and it turned out my car did have oil and the problem was something much more minor.
