I’m so glad I found this place due to my horrible experience at another mattress place. I was looking for a good firm mattress and Dave was upfront, knowledgeable and not pushy about everything. He has great customer service skills. He took the time to let me see which mattress I was comfortable with and was great explaining everything. Delivery was great. I slept great in my new mattress. You would never know this place was there. Tucked down a side road in Norwich CT behind the bowling alley is hands down the best furniture store Ive entered. Once there you will be greeted by Dave, not 4 salesman trying to pull you every direction. Dave is knowledgeable and upfront and very personable. If you go on first impressions like myself you will be immediately comfortable with your visit. Everything was so straight forward and to the point. He listened to what I was looking for from the start and just guided me in the right direction. The entire process was smooth and seamless and even during a pandemic hes keeping stuff in stock. If its not you get real time frames. I left knowing to leave a 5 star review for this place. Even after my purchase I had a slight issue which was no fault to the business and when I contacted Dave within minutes he had answers and made it happen once again. I would honestly leave a 10 star review if that was possible. If you are looking for good quality furniture or mattresses look no further. Dont even waste your time with the other places in the area like I did. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Forever customer.

Just got an adjustable bed and mattress for my mom and she loves it! Dave was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He had many options to choose from, and was able to get out to my moms just a few days later. Dave is easy to work with and straight forward. I would so much rather deal with him than a furniture store for buying a mattress or base. I bought a queen adjustable base for my daughter. Set up was quick and easy. I would not hesitate to buy again and recommend. They also have couches, coffee tables, end tables, etc. Great selection.

I needed a mattress set quick for my daughter who was moving back home during the covid pandemic. Dave, the owner, set up an appointment for me ON A SUNDAY, and personally met me at his showroom (which is an absolutely beautiful - converted historic mill/warehouse). He had all safety precautions in place. I purchased a perfect twin set, mattress box spring and frame for a great price. Dave has a warehouse below the showroom and had everything in stock, helped me load it in my truck and had it set up for my daughter that night. I loved helping this local business, especially during these days. It was a pleasure working with Dave, thanks again.

I Called and was given a price over the phone for a foam mattress. Then I show up at a smelly warehouse to get the mattress and they had sold out of that mattress in the hour it took me to get there. The guy was rude and tried to tell me the only one he had was double the price I was quoted and a cheap spring mattress. Bait and switch. I will never give them my business.
